On 09/13/2025 @8:10pm I purchased a Board 1 with a pecan pie and cheesecake. I specifically asked the lady from the speaker to please put some bbq sauce on the side because this the third time I go and they forget to give me bbq sauce. Lady said it comes with it when I got home no barbecue sauce for my ribs and brisket, everytime I go I have to eat my food without bbq sauce for the last 3 times I been there. Smh please make sure Caylee C and Leydi M put bbq sauce when people order it because they do this all the time and I should have checked my order when I got it. I live im humble and I shouldn't have to drive all the way back to get bbq sauce now I have to eat my food again for the third time without bbq sauce I spent 70.00 and I can't even get bbq sauce. Smh. By the way I also ordered ranch style beans and they gave me macaroni 🤦🏻♀️

I had a brisket and sausage plate with green beans and potato salad on the side Saturday night from this location. After finishing dinner, I was awoken around midnight in extreme pain in my stomach accompanied by diarrhea and vomiting over the next 12 hours. I unfortunately got food poisoning from this location. I can’t help but think that because they closed this past Monday due to renovations that the food was bad. I am still trying to get over symptoms and have barely eaten anything. 41 hours went by before I was able to eat half of a ramen bowl. It is now Tuesday evening and I have lost 7 pounds. Such an unfortunate experience that I wish on no one.

Terrible first-time experience!!! I was craving some bbq for 4th of July and decided to give this place a try. The chicken clearly wasn't finished. There's still blood on the inside. The sausage links were dry and nasty. The ranch beans were hard, so I'm not sure they were cooked long enough either. Cucumber salad, nasty. Potato salad, nasty. I definitely don't recommend this place at all. This place deserves 0 stars for the audacity alone. They need to seriously replace whoever is in the kitchen.

Went through drive through. Lady was so busy rushing us through didn't get the order right missing Jalapenos and Mac and cheese. Chopped beef is really chunks of beef. BBQ sauce is bland. Buns are basic that squish flat. No attention to flavor, texture. Or customer service. Don't waste your time.

Walked up the register and the young man behind the counter act as if I was invisibl e so I said hello there, he looked at me and walked off, so I look to my right at the other guy just standing at a register who also act as if I'm invisible mind you I'm the only one at the counter so I said are you all taking orders he say oh yeah I said wow who is the manager, terrible customer service
