Went through drive through. Lady was so busy rushing us through didn't get the order right missing Jalapenos and Mac and cheese. Chopped beef is really chunks of beef. BBQ sauce is bland. Buns are basic that squish flat. No attention to flavor, texture. Or customer service. Don't waste your time.

Walked up the register and the young man behind the counter act as if I was invisibl e so I said hello there, he looked at me and walked off, so I look to my right at the other guy just standing at a register who also act as if I'm invisible mind you I'm the only one at the counter so I said are you all taking orders he say oh yeah I said wow who is the manager, terrible customer service

This location is near my home so I wanted to buy breakfast tacos for my clients and take in to town. Their website said they open at 6:30 so I began calling them at 6:30 to place my order for pick-up on my way to town. They did not answer the phone despite me calling several times over a course of several minutes. They had no answering service or message just a dead line after so many rings. I have had similar issues at this location before and finally decided to leave a review. Not pleased with the morning service. This is not the place to go in the morning if you are in a hurry.

BBQ was nothing special. Sides were small. And it cost more than the other BBQ in this area. I was disappointed because it used to be an average. Won’t visit again.

Great BBQ! Chicken is so good. Baked potatoes are massive!. Everything is always fresh.
Barely any meat on the stuffed potatoes for 15 dollars. Asked for moist brisket and received the lean but. BBQ sauce way too much vinegar. I'll return. Not with the same order

The food here is usually good but my gripe is on two occasions I ordered a large cantaloupe drink. The first time the team member, she was an overweight young black woman, filled my cup 95% of ice I finished the drink a mile down the feeder and returned for a refund. I think the staff member did it in spite because my dog wouldn't stop barking. Today I ordered just a sausage, no link taco with egg, cheese or tortilla, the woman, an older Latina, Filled my drink with over 75% ice.

Food quality has definitely gone down at Pappas over the years. They want to charge you more but give you less. The chopped beef potato I ordered hardly had any meat and the meat it did have was tough and not flavorful at all. For a $16 potato I expect more in quality and quantity. Do yourself a favor and go to Triple J's if your on this side of town (Humble) and want good BBQ.
