4/19/24: tried the chopped brisket sandwich today and I was very disappointed. There was more fat than meat in the brisket. I had to pick the fat out of my mouth with every bite.- my root beer was FLAT, I wish I had tasted it before leaving the restaurant.- The fries were very tasty.Horrible service. I’ve called DOZENS of times over the past few days to order a Thanksgiving turkey and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Literally, no one answers the phone here. I’ve tried calling during the morning shift, mid day, and just prior to closing. No luck. I ended up ordering from the Conroe location instead.

I've got to hand it to the employees who worked the front line tonight! They did an outstanding job! They handled a busy crowd, along with difficult customers, and still kept a fun, upbeat attitude. They all worked with such diligence and professionalism that I was thoroughly impressed! As a manager in the food and beverage industry, I know how valuable good employees are to have on a team. They add so much value to the business! Keep up the good work, y'all! ?

I decided to stop by Pappas BbQ for some breakfast tacos this morning. Haven't had theirs in awhile but thought they were so big I only needed one. I was wrong, it was very small and expensive. The brisket, egg and cheese taco was good, brisket was smoky and flavorful but it was small and for 5.99, should have been packed with more. I got a side of breakfast potatoes also but this left me still hungry. Total bill was 8.65 for a tiny taco and bowl of potatoes. They were quick so if you are in the area and need to eat go through the drive thru. It's the only way to get breakfast.

Was missing some food, but this young waiter Denise asked me if I needed anything and I let her know. She then proceeded to solve the problem for me.Mannerisms 10/10All workers were very friendly.

Overpriced bbq smh. Got a brisket plate thinking it would be enough for 2 people but it didn’t and there was barely any food for a 30 dollar plate….plus the brisket was really dry and the sides were so small. I’m pretty mad I paid so much for so little food. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you want enough food for more than one person you’ll be spending close to 100 dollars.
