I order to go, from here when we have family gathering and some holidays. We also dine in, I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience ever, it's always great customer service and attentive wait staff. This year when I called in a Christmas order Vicenta answered and she went above and beyond to get me the best package to entertain more than what I usually buy, she went through all the ways it would be affordable for what I needed! She was top tier!! When I got there everyone was helpful I didn't wait anytime and it was crowded, she also let me know about purchasing the gift cards to get the $10 rewards! They had people bring the food to our car, I would definitely recommend this location, it's always a great experience

Who didnât come out as expected, but our waitress did all that she could. It is holiday season and everything was super hectic, but you know the issues were solved. The waiter went ahead and called over the Manager and she solved the issue and was very understanding and very nice and she did go ahead and take off our platter for four due to the issue and her name is Olivia the managerâs name and our waitresses name was Tara So when you come, make sure ask for Tara, and if there is ever a problem, God forbid not ask to speak Olivia the manager

Our family of four visited Papasitos for lunch, and while much of the food was enjoyable, the overall experience had a few drawbacks especially when it came to seating.
One of the biggest disappointments was that we werenât able to get a booth, even as a family of four. Instead, we were seated at a relatively small table that didnât offer much space. Between our drinks, plates, and the chips and salsa, the table felt crowded the entire meal. It made dining a bit uncomfortable and took away from what could have been a more relaxed experience.
As for the food, it ranged from average to excellent. The beans were the least impressive item; they had a âmehâ flavor and a noticeable aftertaste that none of us cared for. The kidsâ cheese enchilada was tasty, with a mild kick spicy enough to notice but still manageable for most children.
The kids chicken tenders were outstanding, crispy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were equally great fresh, crunchy, and seasoned well.
The chicken burrito was another highlight: a wet burrito topped with queso that came in at a full 10/10. The chicken was tender, the queso added richness, and the whole dish felt satisfying.
We also ordered the chicken quesadillas, which were flavorful and came in a generous portion. There was more than enough to share, and it ended up being too much to finish in one sittingâdefinitely something weâd recommend.
Overall, Papasitos delivered strong food, especially with their chicken dishes, but the seating situation made the meal feel more cramped than comfortable. With better table options for families, the experience would have been much smoother.

Absolutely amazing service from Hector at Pappasitoâs! Hector went above and beyond from the moment we sat down. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His recommendations were spot on, and he checked on us at the perfect times. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. Our food was delicious, but Hector truly made the experience exceptional. Definitely ask for him if you want a great dining experience!
