I went here today with my parents after not having come in years. We had the Wednesday fajitas with add-ons. There was a bit of a wait but we got a high top seat by the bar and were served by Jonathan. I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his excellent service. He made sure my parents were comfortable and checked on us frequently. As a former bartender and server he needs to give classes on hospitality. The food was just as good as I had remembered (the quail is a must) and the frozen margarita flight felt worth the post-happy hour price. This was a good reminder to visit again.

We had a late dinner at Pappasito’s after a very long flight, and it was exactly what we needed! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our server, Will, did an amazing job — attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. After such a long day of traveling, the delicious food and outstanding service really hit the spot. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Overall a good dining experience! The food is definitely pricey, and not the most exciting Tex-Mex dishes I've enjoyed. The service was also good, it is just a large and busy location which has its tradeoffs. As far as atmosphere, this location really excels, and brings up the overall rating.
