I went here today with my parents after not having come in years. We had the Wednesday fajitas with add-ons. There was a bit of a wait but we got a high top seat by the bar and were served by Jonathan. I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his excellent service. He made sure my parents were comfortable and checked on us frequently. As a former bartender and server he needs to give classes on hospitality. We had a late dinner at Pappasito’s after a very long flight, and it was exactly what we needed! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our server, Will, did an amazing job — attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. After such a long day of traveling, the delicious food and outstanding service really hit the spot. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The food is definitely pricey, and not the most exciting Tex-Mex dishes I've enjoyed.
The service was also good, it is just a large and busy location which has its tradeoffs.
As far as atmosphere, this location really excels, and brings up the overall rating.
