Been seeing this place for many years…. I noticed all nationalities going in the place which is always a great sign… I typically drive to the south side for my pho …didn’t want to take that journey and tried this place was satisfied with the service but highly dissatisfied with the food … I ordered the shrimp and mixed vegetables …. No flavor whatsoever and smelled burnt. I also ordered the garlic basil wings - no flavor whatsoever. I ordered grilled beef and shrimp… the beef was very tough and had charred pieces with absolutely no charred flavor… I also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls…. They were both good… The meat in the egg rolls is sus and the spring rolls have tofu (I believe ) in them that I slid out. Price was good for the amount of food but the food was not worth the price or calories… we discarded of most of it.

The guy with a black shirt with a bad combover. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Like he is doing me a favor. Slams his pen on the counter with my receipt. Petty me purposely scratches loudly through tip and total it out and toss it. We come here a lot and the Pho is good. But not treating customers like this. It's not my fault you're having a bad day, buddy!

Customer service was great! They didn’t take long to make. Restaurant looked clean and nice atmosphere. The only thing was the food feel flat. The bah mi was soggy to the touch and left an indent if you touched it. It was also cold which I’m sure it would taste so much better if it was made fresh to order. The noddles and flavor in the other dishes were just ok. I’d eat here again, flavor was good, freshness and heat were lacking

We came in, sat down, ordered appetizers, then our server never came back to ask us what we were ordering to eat. So we left after waiting 30 minutes and it definitely wasn’t that they were busy as there was only a single customer (other than us two) and all the employees were sitting down on their phones. We will never be returning after this blatant disrespect.
