The food is very good but the place is very dirty. The bathroom is probably one of the grossest I have come across. The doors have years or grime and the corners have never been cleaned. Makes me sad because I really like this place.
Food is amazing, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The service is terrible, and as a business owner myself, I found the staff to be rude. Please work on this—your pho is the best in Atascocita.
I loved this place so much. I’ve been to many pho restaurants where I felt pressured to eat quickly or worried about making mistakes, but when I walked into this one for the first time, I was genuinely pleased. The temperature was comfortable—not too cold or too hot—and the environment felt respectful, with everyone minding their own business. There was plenty of space, and I was able to choose where I wanted to sit.
