this location is crazy.. i place a order online the app show me was ready but i have to wait for almost 50 minutes on the drive thru.. and then i try to call to the store and someone answer and leave me in the phone for the all time i wait.. maybe corporate have to do something with this type of experience…

The pizza hut in humble is a rip off i order a pizzas cinnamon rolls and some chicken wings last night and my delivery never came they claming they delivered it i have cameras all around my house to prove noone came made a delivery and they are refusing to give me my money back i will never order from them again pizza hut do better return my money back my order was 31 dollars i order pizza large pizza for 19.95 and the cinnamon rolls and the chicken wings was free for the rewards so i dont lnow why it was 31 dollars pizza hut is a rip off

Well I was pretty surprised first at the false advertising of their prices!! Prices listed are vastly different from your total!! How do they get away with this?? Unreal how a $7 special turned into an $18+pizza?? With 1 extra topping? Next, when I decided for the personal pan instead, it was the absolute worst tasting piece of crap I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth!! I never do this but I took it back and asked to remake it. I overheard one of the employees in the back making a remark about tipping. Now, I was a food server for many years thru college. I waited tales, ran food, bussed tables and made $2.13/hr. Now where did it become commonplace for EVERYONE in the food industry to EXPECT/DEMAND A TIP?? When I'm ordering from a counter, picking up my own food, getting my own drink ect. Why should I tip someone who probably makes $10+/hr?? Do they even know where tipping comes from?? No I doubt it!! Anyways when I originally paid for my food, I signed the receipt (an excuse to make me feel guilty and add a tip WHO ELSE MAKES ME SIGN A RECIPT???) I left the tip spot blank. That's why I got the shittiest pizza ever made and burnt. And expected to eat it!! Or waste $8 and throw it away?? I'm not the 1!! Shame on you pizza hut!!! If u don't like your job/pay, go back to school!!!!!

I have been ordering for my boyfriend very frequently. I order for him just about every day or every other day, if there has been an issue they take care of it right away. Tim has been absolutely amazing! He makes sure everything is taken care of to the T. I have been having problems with my rewards, and he was able to make it work for our order last night 10/15/24. I will definitely keep ordering from them every time!
