Ordered a thin-crust sausage and a mushroom large pizza. Great service on the phone, and great interaction at the store. Got home it was awful. For the last 12 years when we ordered Pizza, it was always from Pizza Hut in Humble. After this sheet of cardboard they are calling a Pizza I will never return

Went there and made a purchase $30-50 on food ask for some cheese in ranch with my purchase of wings The lady that took my order, said that it cost a dollar And cents for “ cheese for my pizza & ranch for my wings
I was 100% satisfied with my experience at Pizza Hut! (150 1st St W,) The crust was crispy on the edges & fluffy on the inside. The sauce, cheese, & topping ratio was excellent. Would definitely order from this location again. 10/10 recommend.

I love Pizza Hut but this particular facility will not get any money from me. First on 10/20/23 I pre ordered online because the store opened at 10am for my order to be ready at 10:10-10:15am. Nobody got to the store til 10am so there was no way possible my order would be cooked properly and correctly in 10-15mins. Now i know sometimes the opening and closing times online may be incorrect so i just cancelled my order and went somewhere else. So today comes 10/20/23 and I’m not feeling well so i order delivery through the app. The order comes and the drink is wrong so i call the store and spoke to someone i guess the manager never announced who she was. I tell her what’s wrong and she tells me she can give me a credit even though i paid cash. And I’m like no i do not wish to have a credit for something that could’ve been prevented and she says well to get a refund of what the total was and not what was handed to the driver. So i tell her I’m on my way to the store. At this point i don’t want any of my order so i bring everything back to the store. Once i arrive the manager proceeds to tell me she’s going to only give me the total and not what i handed the driver. I tell her no if i was to pay with a card i would be refunded everything so she can call her driver and ask for herself what i handed him and confirm i didn’t receive change. She talks over me and doesn’t really want to listen. So i tell her all of this could’ve been avoided. If you know something is wrong with the site and we order something you don’t carry then someone should’ve called and said something so that i can choose something else or just get the part of my order that they can provide. Then i tell her about the day before and she tells me oh we are open at 10am. I then tell her well that’s funny this is the second time in two days where this store terrible customer service because i was here yesterday a little bit before 10am and nobody was here until 10am on the dot. And the fact that i could place an order to be ready by 10:10-10:15 is crazy being nobody was here.

Pizza hut need to do better securing the customers food when the food is being delivered, the food seal the box up at lease. When my pizza arrived to me it was stacked on top of each other as if it was pan cakes, I called and got my money back from Uber Eats but it's not just the delivery drivers fault its pizza hut fault too the pizza wasn't sealed and the pizza looked tampered with and stacked on top of each other. Horrible

Called in placed order and was told when to pick up pizza. When I arrived they didn't have anything for me. I showed them my phone and they confirmed I'd called them but that was it no apology; no nothing.
