No stars if I could I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. My order was completely wrong and the service was disappointing. I ordered mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce, Cajun fries but received plain fries with a container of lemon pepper and other seasonings I donât even eat. If youâre out of Cajun seasoning, at least notify customers instead of still taking the order. To make things worse, the wings were undercooked. When I asked for a refund, I was told the manager had to call the regional manager for approval and would call me back Iâm still waiting on that call. Very poor service and management. Theyâre quick to take your money but make it difficult to get a refund. Think twice before ordering here definitely not worth the time or money.

My wife and I placed an order online(15 mins), went to pick it up the restaurant and still had to wait bc it wasnât ready, I donât know the name of lady that helped us out but you could see dirt under her finger nails, she was handling our and other peoples food with no gloves. Wonât be coming back.

I've been a customer at this Pizza Hut for going on 20 years and cannot remember a time that I was treated better. Megan was completely awesome late last Friday night. There was a minor mistake and I was upset. Megan came from the back and explained exactly what happened and fixed it right away. I could tell the other person was new but she didn't use that as an excuse which I appreciated since most managers would. Great customer service cannot be overstated. We've been going to MOD's a lot but Megan totally won back our business!
