This is by far the worst location I’ve visited in Humble. The customer service was extremely poor—no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a word when I was standing directly at the register. The staff member didn’t bother to show me the pizza, just carelessly dropped it on the counter and walked away without a word. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and dismissive behavior at any other establishment

Ordered a meat lovers and when I got my pizza it was not a meat lovers.It looks like a beef pizza so I called and they said they were out of ham and bacon,so I think they probably should have called to let me know they didn’t have what was ordered.and fyi the delivery driver was awesome

I was looking forward to ordering the $2 personal pan pizza that is only available on Tuesdays and they ran out of personal pan pizzas by 3pm! That is crazy! You should stack up on product before offering such a deal! I did not want pizza for breakfast.... which is why I waited to order it later in the day! Huge disappointment with this location!

I tried to place an order online and was told when I called they aren't taking online orders. So I asked could I just come and place an order I was told no they aren't taking any order due to being too busy. The young lady could have been nicer about it. She didn't say try later or anything just no you can't order. I haven't been there in years and will not be ordering from there in the future

Service, food and atmosphere gets a zero star! They have the worst customer service at this location. Down to the associates and the manager. They’re rude and disrespectful. The pizza is always sloppy and dry. Halfway burnt and nasty. It’s always a long wait. There was a customer in line in front of me dissatisfied with her order and the manager said “well you can just leave.” Didn’t even offer the lady her money back. I will be contacting corporate office in regard to this location. This is absolutely pathetic.
