I don’t know if I was just really hungry or what but this pizza today was amazing. We got a big bundle for 24$ and got 2 pizza, wings, and sticks. It was fresh and we ate it in the parking lot.

They need to improve their employee training. The first time I ordered, they completely forgot my breadsticks. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone said someone would bring them back, but no one ever showed up. When I called again, they gave me a credit, but I could only use it if I placed my order over the phone.

Today, I decided to use that credit, only for Nicki to completely mess up my order. On top of that, for some reason, they didn’t charge my card the full amount, and no one mentioned it to me over the phone. When the delivery driver arrived, I was surprised to find out I still had a balance due. When I called the store to figure out what happened, I was met with attitude over their mistake. Looking at the receipt, it wasn’t even what I had ordered.

I never thought ordering a simple pizza could be this complicated. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. This location is absolutely TRASH!!!

More than half the times I’ve ordered here, my food is never delivered. I would call the establishment and someone would answer the phone, not have answers on my order, and tells me to speak with customer service…. Who in the world would transfer me to some rep in the middle of the night?? Mind you, I order pizza over an hour before closing so there’s no way that I went beyond the cut-off time. Terrible service and even emailing customer service does nothing. 2 stars just because the times I do get my order, it’s the cupped pepperonis and those slap.

If I don't get the money back on my debit card by Monday, January 20th, 2025, from one of my kids eating this raw under cooked pizza. We will have some issues. Then they had to nerve to get mad at me when I was polite. Play with my money if you want.

Slow delivery

Ive made several attempts to give this location a chance. I specifically ask for easy on rhe sauce and the crew just does not care. The manager doesn't care, no one cares at location. Tell me if that's easy on the sauce. TERRIBLE!

Well I was about to order from here until I read the reviews. Geez how does a staff like this still have the opportunity to ruin the reputation of a local business? Start firing some people and build your reputation so new customers like me will feel comfortable ordering from you! Looks like I'm ordering from somewhere else tonight. Not taking the chance!

Thin crust pizza was under cooked and soggy. Chicken Alfredo pastas were absolutely terrible! They were disgusting and watery. Worst experience ever! My children love pizza but they said it was nasty and had stomach ache and nausea after eating. Will definitely never order here again!

This store needs to shut down. They took my order said it would be here. I called and waited on the phone for almost 40 minutes till someone answered just for them to hang up on me. And it’s always something with them 3rd and last time I ever order here

Worst Pizza Hut ever, after hour and half I called to find out the ETA, automated system said my order was delivered! Called the store on hold for 30 mins, somebody comes on the phone while I was talking to him he put me in the hold, after holding for 15 more mins, I hung up the phone and ordered it from elsewhere. Don’t order from this place!!!! Worst worst service ever.

Don't order delivery from here. I formerly ordered here once a month. About every 4 to 5 orders are late. Just ordered 1 over an hour ago. They sent me a message 51min ago that it was out for delivery with eta of 28 minutes ago. I'm 1.1 miles away. Still not here. I called. "Would you like to cancel your order" me; "at this point, yes". Put me on hold. " came back, they had 5 other deliveries and only 1 driver, sorry about the wait". Didn't cancel order. Order at your own risk. I'm done.

Update:waited another 15 minutes and still not here. Called back and canceled order. Will see if I actually get credited back. Ordered 75 min ago. Out for delivery 66 minutes as of this post.

I don't fault the personnel. Everyone I have ever dealt with that works there (roughly 15 deliveries, 3 to go) is nice and hard working. Pizza Hutts system is antiquated and not accurate even remotely. It'd be one thing if when you placed the order it gave you an eta so you could make an informed decision. If you only have 1 delivery driver your system shouldn't say order now and be there 30 min or out for delivery be there in 15. It's bs from the get go.

Lie steal and cheat you out of your money very disrespectful manager they refused to give fix my order after it was incorrect made me keep order for another day spent about 25.00 on food that was incorrect the manager is very unprofessional i wouldnt reccommend this place for nothing
