If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for delivery at 2:27. 3:30 came, no pizza. 4:00 came, no pizza. I had to call and the store would not answer. Kept getting sent to customer service and they were no help. At one point, they said I should get it by 4:30. 4:30 came, still no pizza. Called customer service, they had me waiting and the store said they have no drivers. At what point was the store going to call ME and tell me that. Ridiculous to have to wait over 2 hours to be told that information. You will be better off getting pizza from Little Ceasers or Dominos.

On 08/20 I placed an order for delivery through the Pizza Hut website . I received a text message from door dash an hour later saying my pizza was on the way .I then receive a message from door dash that was an error and they were still at the store waiting on my order . I then call and ask the person who answers can you please cancel my order she proceeds to tell me the driver left 20 minutes ago so she cannot cancel . I explain the driver texted me and said he was still there waiting she says I know for a fact he has left I’m not even on the clock just helping out . Then 20 minutes pass driver still texting I call store several times and each time I’m routed to customer service and explain over again why I need to be transferred to store . I finally get someone after 4 times and same person answers I said can you please cancel you assured me driver left she states he left then came back but I’m canceling now . Here it is 3 days later and I’ve been charged no credit and not even an apology . Customer service was clearly not taught . I attempted to call store to ask why would they not charge and received no answer . I am now having to dispute with my bank . I just moved back in the area and I will make sure not to order at this location because it’s unprofessional and they don’t even have human decency to offer an apology .

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. You charged me TWICE for the same order, not only that, you use Doordash to deliver and can't make sure they leave with the right order. I sent him back because it was WRONG (boneless wings is NOT 2 20OZ drinks, and the completely WRONG pizza) you then put the pizza as a cash carry out when it was supposed to be a damned delivery. IM BEYOND LIVID.

Careful when you are paying here. I was charged extra on my credit card statement from what I paid. Someone is adding extra tips even if it’s a small amount it’s unacceptable.
I placed an order online for pickup when I arrived no-one was working the counter. I stepped to the side where o could try to get someone’s attention (they looked me in my eyes and never acknowledged me) Needless to say no-one came from the back for a good 15 minutes, the worst part is none of them were wearing gloves while preparing pizzas 🤢🤮 I would NOT recommend ordering from here

I ordered my pizza from these people. My food look like it had been tampered with. It was delivered by doordash. The lady that walked to my door was dressed in her night clothes with a bunnet on her head I did not eat the food because it was not secure closed. My mini apple pies was burnt and broke up. Pizza was cold. Did not bring my ranch dressing for my wings. I waste my money I was worried about it being touched. Guess I'm going back to Domino's

I ordered pizza last night came to 30 dollars delivery, they was 20 mins late while I waited outside. I was so excited cause that's what I was craving I got 2 personal pan deals. TELL ME WHY THE PIZZA WASNT COOKED!! WHEN I SAY WASN'T COOK I MEAN IT WAS STILL DOUGH!!!! I called immediately and was issued a refund but I don't believe he even did so!
