I ordered a red beans and rice(Large). The cup wasn't even filled to the top! What a disappointment!! Never Again!!

I came to buy food from there today and the manager Latisha was very rude yelling at her employees and when she had asked me to take pieces of chicken that I didn’t want I told her just to do half mild and half spicy she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look this place sucked and I love eating Popeyes if you go to the mall I recommend you eating somewhere else in the food court because her customer servers skills sucked they need a new manager for real

It was a horrible experience. My boy josey went and tried to order but he was skipped multiple times and ignored. Had to go elsewhere because they denied him. Never again.

Didn't like having to wait 10 minutes just for a chicken sandwich. And when it finally came ready, the guy said "Here" and tossed it on the counter in front of me rather than just hand it to me when I was right in front of him. And even though the fries were inside the bag, they weren't in a little bag of their own like they're supposed to be. Not very service like if you ask me. They need to make some changes here.

The servers are fast and the orders are always accurate. I gave it 3 stars for service/atompshere because their very busy and sometimes their manners slip. But no reason not to keep going.

Very rude, screamed what do you want to another customer making sure she wasn't talking to them stated no and pointed my way to taking my order and walking away from register and not saying total i paid and asked another employee wha5s her deal and said she's in a bad mood I think Popeyes in deerbrook needs a new manager

Don't order delivery from here, I order DD from here waited 1.5 hrs on my order. Dasher was waiting for my food for at least 40 min. And it's was only a 2pc combo, a pie and a cheese cake.

Would leave zero stars if i could worst service as well as got my order wrong. Got food togo before going to take pictures and they put sauce all on my wings that dont have sauce as well as no number to call about this issue!!!

Horrible service. The grown manwoman working the counter was rude. This place does not offer refills and the food was not hot/ fresh.

If I could give them less than a one, I would. I walked up to the counter just to purchase a coke. The person wiping the counter in what appeared to be a manager shirt looked up at me. I have get a respectful hello nod. She shot back a dirty look and continued to wipe the counter all the way to the back without stopping or saying a word. I stood at the counter for a while. Another lady in a manager shirt was pulling biscuits out and was in the front area for a while. She never said a word nor did she look my way. Two customers were standing at the counter and I asked if they had ordered and they said yes. Finally the biscuit lady yelled up to the front that she count take my order at her register. I told her that all I wanted was a large coke. She yelled the price to me and then rang it up without hitting the button so that I could pay. So then I stood there waiting for her to make the coke (which was watered down) before I could even pay. Age raised this and then pushed the button and did that I must've slid my card too fast. The only reason why I came to this counter was because I saw they had a big cup and chick fil a soda machine was down. They will never have to worry about me coming here again.

It's a food court chicken spot. I ordered the spicy tenders and they were good until I got to the last one in my order. It was undercooked and unfortunately it ruined the entire meal for me.

Someone needs to be fired up here employee and manager are on the phone hanging out not one order at the place, but my Uber eats order. Guess what they hadn't even started my order, while they are just chilling hanging out.
