$20 for delivery of 5 piece mixed. They send 4 drums and a wing. You can't select your pieces online... but any other time you expect 1 of each specific piece. This is just TRIFLING because we ordered delivery. No way they do that if we are face-to-face.

I ordered my food online went to pick up was told they didn’t have anymore CHICKEN lol 😂 Then I was told come back tomorrow. The level of customer service disappointed I felt was insulting. Alicia Cortez was the name given to me she should be removed immediately. If she is the representation for what Popeyes values are, as for as customer service sad 😢 the recipe is the recipe but since I DIDNT GET ANY CHICKEN Trash Trash Trash 🗑️
