I used the app to order my food, I got there way before the scheduled pickup time and my order was already boxed & was sitting out. My food was barely warm & the biscuit dry! I asked the drive thru person if my food had been sitting out a long time, he just looked confused...Do better Popeyes..

Amazed, I passed by for late night munchies after work and well usually my experience with popeyes has been bad but 2 very nice guys named Luis and Anthony helped me choose what was good since I rarely order popeyes due to bad experiences. Food was well cooked and I left happy

Do not eat at this Popeyes or order the blackened tenders. They do not cook them well & you will get food poisoning. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

The chicken was so dry, tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The Mac and cheese was not good the noodles were very over cooked, the biscuits were extremely hard. I was very disappointed. This is not my usual location, so I am Not use to a Popeyes giving out food like this. The young lady in the drive through caught major attitude because I asked for napkins and honey. I should have checked purchase right then because I would have definitely got a refund of the 39.00 I spent!

Just went through the drive thru and received the wrong food didn’t realize it till I got home . I have called multiple times and no one picked up. I’m truly disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but the food I received was not at all what I ordered. I hope this gets corrected. I will be reaching out again.

Honestly, I was surprised how good this Popeyes was—especially for delivery. The chicken showed up hot, super crispy, and full of flavor. It tasted like it just came out of the fryer. Totally hit the spot. Definitely ordering again.
