I ordered ghost wings. I went to the window and was told there was a 10-minute wait after my card was charged. The lady at the counter did not speak English very well, it was like talking to a telemarketer.

This store just incorporated self serve kiosks, and will make sure you use them!! or they will direct you to the the drive thru... They even tell you their card reader doesn't work, just so you can use the kiosk. Just to perform a credit card transaction shortly after with another customer.

You would think efficiency would improve overall in the restaurant, but the drive thru experience is still extremely slow...

Self serve kiosk are just another cost cutting strategy, without any improvement to the actual service experience.

Walked in to wan inside the restaurant. After about 10 minutes of waiting for them to attend me when no one was in front of me the manager approached me to take my order. She asked and I gave her what I wished to order her next question was if I was paying with card or cash. I told her card! She then pointed at the new self order screens. What? I’m the customer with the money. If there was a line I could understand but there was no one there! I’m not going to do their job to order my food. I walked out and went to the next Popeyes across 59 and 1960. They were very happy to take my order with a smile. But I will never come to this location as they look like they don’t want to work.

Chicken sandwich breast was raw order time 8:36pm look like they where rushing to close 9:30pm

Food is always lukewarm when I go here… the mile chicken is never hot!

My food had hair in it , I work in the food industry myself, and I just think it’s utterly ridiculous. How I have hair in my food . I completely understand things happen, but I just think that’s ridiculous and that’s disgusting and I will never ever be back to this location again.

The quality of the food is horrible, the night staff is rude, lazy and slow with service. I loved it when they first opened the restaurant but things have changed and not in a good way.

Visited 12/23/24 @ 7:30pm walked inside took 30min. I ordered 3 pcs mixed got home 3 tenders staff playing around manager had no control.

It's been awhile since I ate at Popeyes... Very organized staff.. very clean eating area and restroom.. the food was excellent..

Drive thru took 15-20 min and after I got to enjoy soggy fries and cold chicken! WOW

Didn't stay there for long because they wouldn't come to us. Other popeye's had better service. Two managers and two or three cashiers and they ignored us.
