4/3/2025 See Popeyes, this why I stop fooling w/y’all. But I decided to give y’all another try. ☹️Where’s the damn beans, eh? Dry ahh beans.

See this Popeyes here, as sure as today is Al Copeland’s birthday. (Founder) you will get a piece of old chicken..A piece of chicken that’s been sitting somewhere for hours..I don’t care what time of day you go, I don’t care how many pieces of chicken you order..You will get some old chicken in your box…You can order a 2 piece, 1 piece will be old ..You can order a 20 piece, at least 7(maybe more) of the pieces will be stale cold tasting chicken..Then they try to trick you by putting next to some hot chicken ..Y’all ain’t slick ! know for a fact this to be true…We had family members down from Louisiana a few months ago....I told my Husband do not go to this location for this very reason…Because it was closer & Hartz was closed this particular day; he pulled his tail right in there…He brought back a 20 piece ..What happened? We had family members in here saying, “I have a good piece…Other family members, “this chicken been sitting” or “I definitely have an old piece”…It’s really pathetic & ridiculous to say the least..But what I do today? I decided to give them another try..Disappointed yet AGAIN! Just look at the beans…I have NEVER had beans look like this from Popeyes..The rice was definitely a few days old, hard as pebbles....Don’t even want to talk about the chicken..I’m done ..I’m soooo done w/this location!

Why is corporate not involved here? The chicken is rancid. So are the beans. Overall nasty man. What a waste of money.

We bought in drive-thru. We had stopped buying for years because the spice was not right. Only the chicken sandwich had bit of spice.
The last few weeks we have been buying chicken at this location and They have brought the spice back and it is the bomb. Please don’t change it.

Went to the drive through and was asked to park in the parking spot in front of the store while they completed my order. 20 minutes later I go inside to find out they just put the order off to the side and completely forgot I was waiting for it.

NOAH and his staff at the drive-thru window were extremely rude. I placed my online order through the app, using the 19151 address, but despite seeing the receipt, Noah and his team were not helpful. If they do not want to work in customer service, they should consider finding a new job. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and more. Thanks for nothing, NOAH. When I asked Noah for the name of the young lady working with him, he refused to provide it. It would be nice if they tried wearing name badges.

Too bad I can only give it a one star it should be −1000 star customer service here is the worst they gave me half my order once I went back they made sure to give me the absolute worst chicken available probably dropped it off in the floor and stepped on it and then they decided to give it to me this is ridiculous do not eat here

Adding a second review after trying again.
Cold fries, chicken not fresh and skin soggy. Absolutely will not give with another chance.

Mac and cheese was sour, some of the chicken was over cooked and not very seasoned. Disappointed to say the least.

AVOID AT ALL COST , if you have a choice of going to another Popeyes location go there !!! This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to !! They not only forget part of your order they also mess it up as well . Front register guy names Jack literally disrespected and mocked me to my face without any repercussions from management! When asked to speak to the mgr the other employee that said she would go get the mgr came back and asked the mgr wants to know why do you want to speak with her . She’s so “busy” she doesn’t even have time to talk to a customer that was mocked by JACK . Don’t even know if that’s his actual name , his name tag had nothing on it . So I’m going by the name he told me . Avoid this location at all cost !! I like Popeyes chicken but not that much . Wont be back to that location even if you paid me .

How things change to the bad. Several people were there before us,...1 customer had been waiting 20 minutes, 4 other people came back in after they went to the drive thru. Orders were completed wrong. Don't know if they changed management but someone needs to see what's going on...

Stopped by to get some dinner.
The food is really good, tasty and fresh. The manager Ellie, her customer service skills stink! I requested to speak with her, and she ignored me. I was waiting for her, and she never came to speak with me so I left. She must’ve Thought I was gonna complain actually gonna give her a compliment on the food.
She needs more training on customer service skills that’s for sure.
