Worse Popeyes ever. Terrible experience.

Worst one I've ever been to. They should get shut down. Barley speak English and got my order wrong had me wait 48 min for my pie then made me wait 20 more minutes then refused me a refund and was really rude after took some of my food back and gave it to the car behind me.

The customer service at the drive thru was horrible. A young Spanish guy was at the window. I ask him a simple question about my order and he brushed me off. I nicely repeated the question just to make sure that he heard me. He ignored me and walked away. A young African American girl heard me ask him the question. She was very polite and she replied that he didn’t speak English. He spoke it well enough to let me know how much my order was. Also, he spoke it well enough to tell me that I needed it to move out of the drive thru because it was five cars waiting behind me. He came back to the window to argue with me and the young lady asked him to please step away from the window and let her handle it. People like that young man need to be a cook are cleaning the lobby not working drive thru or the register. Someone with good customer service skills should work those positions.They never have to worry about me spending my money there again.

The cashier was working the drive and front counter at lunchtime by herself. She was handling food and money at the same time. I ordered a fish sandwich combo and got chicken and no drink. I asked her to please put on gloves before preparing my food and she did. My lunch break is an hour but picking up my lunch took 30 min.

I was served old food or either they put it in old grease . Me and my 10 year old daughter has Been throwing up all day with food poisoning, we both order the 6wings combo sweet n spicey . Will not be coming back here , I always eat from here , this the only Popeyes I come too and for some reason this one Tuesday night I come 3/12/24 , I’m getting served bad food this is not right , you will be loosing me as a customer , whoever works the shift at night on Tuesday and on 3/12/24 should be fireddddddd‼️‼️ I’m in so much pain I have a baby I can barely attend to and have to help my doctor who’s also sick while I am sick , this is horrible .

Ordered two tackle boxes and didn't get fries. I got two measley fries in my tacklebox thrown in. That's not what I paid for. This particular location routinely gets orders wrong and doesn't answer the intercom to order, they always what and say nothing for minutes at a time. Don't eat here.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a 3pcs wing combo and was overcharged for a custom order. I should’ve checked my food before leaving but I was the only person in the store so I didn’t think it would be wrong. I got all the way home and found 3 legs in my box. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund of JUST the combo since it’s not what I ordered nor what eat and I was told I needed to come all the way back to the store to bring everything back. I explained I didn’t live near by and I’m on lunch break. I told Ellie I could send pictures and the receipt to show proof of the wrong items and she said well if you want a refund you need to bring the food back. As if they are going to reserve the food to the next guest. Why should I have to waste my time and gas after I already spent $30 on chicken. I asked for the manager and of course she said she was so I asked for the information to corporate and she said they are an independent store. I ask for the general manager and again she said that was her so I asked how could I get in contact with the Owner and to my surprise that’s also her. After some time she took my number and said she’s going to have her supervisor call me. His name is supposed to be Jose but I doubt if I hear back from anyone.

Font desk person has no personality. She spoke to other customers but not the black ones. She doesn't smile or seem welcoming. She gave more of an "get your food and go vibes." She did it get served quickly. I found it interesting that this is the only location that will charge $2.29 for the free ice cup. I guess I picked the wrong day to go inside.
