This place is so overpriced for what it is…it’s no better in quality than Panera but somehow costs way more. Also, they over toast the bread and don’t make the sandwich correctly with all the toppings and sauces you request. Will not be returning to this location or any other.

This was my first time trying a Potbelly Sandwich Shop, and I do believe I'll be trying it out again! I was impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. I got an original size Pizza Melt, no mushrooms, add onions and hot peppers. It was delicious. I picked up a bag of Zapps Hotter n Hot Jalapeño kettle chips to go with my sandwich and was not impressed. The flavor was extremely bland. The crunch was good, though. The employees were very kind and fast. They made a great first impression. For the sandwich, chips, regular drink, and a 10% tip, I spent $15.35. A little pricey, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Emily at 1960east location went up and beyond to help out customers. We experienced a fire at our home and lost everything. We came in asking for boxes she did not have any but gave us a free lunch! We appreciate any help! I hope others will come and help support this local establishment!

Well this was our first time eating here and now last. Ordered to go, sandwiches were good. Baked potato soup not so much, there was a big fly cooked in it. My daughter had it in her mouth, very disgusting ? she spit it out when she felt something odd. I even tried the soup as well prior to discovering the fly

On July 21/23 around 6 pm i order the usual, 2 regular size turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese and a loaded bake potato soup, I pay over 40.00 me and my wife got sick after we eat the sandwich, my soup was with bad taste, I did not finished, that is my favor place for sandwich, there is a new manager ??? Because every time I go there, my sandwich and soup are perfect, this time I'm very disappointed !!

Purchased The Wreck Sandwich and with the toppings it was a good sandwich. Went back and ordered the sandwich again then I realized for the price they charge you, they ONLY give you 4 slices of meat compared to their competitors SMH. Not again Potbelly I’ll visit your very close competitors in Atascosita that gives you more meat on your Sandwich for the same price.

Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I told her "thank you" and she replied with an "uh huh." I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated "yes." One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her "thank you" after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an "uh huh" again. A "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.
