Refused to serve my friend for asking when they open. She wanted to buy a pretzel for her 2 year old. She asked when they were opening. They said in 10min. She came back 30min later. They were still closed. She asked when they would open and they rudely answered “When we turn the lights on”. Then when my friend and her baby went back when the lights were on, they ignored her and refused to take her order. What was the reason for this?? She wasn’t rude, she was literally just asking them what time they were going to open.

Worst customer service out of all the food places here. The workers are rude and felt like they don’t wanna work. I got there and there was nobody there at the front. I said hello, and one worker showed up and another one followed from the back. The first one was taking my order while the other one turned off the lights and said sorry we are closed and walker away.

Not a knock on the location just on the company. These guys don’t make regular pretzels anymore. Luckily their competitor in the same mall does. Need to change the name of the company to pretzel sticks since they don’t make regular pretzels anymore

Everytime time my family comes in we try to order the mozzarella bites and are told they don't have the cheese for the bites. It has been at least five times we have been told this. How do you not have the cheese for mozzarella bites weekend after weekend. Either the person making the stock order is not doing their job or the employees don't want to make them. Whichever one it may be it is causing this place to lose money.

This is far the worst customer service I ever experienced, all I wanted was pretzels, but the cashier was rude and just walked away went I ask her about my order, my pretzels tasted a bit different then normal, like old butter and cinnamon, along with the other employee there, they both ignored me wen I ask if they had a manager, all I wanted was to let the manager know that the Bites had a strange flavor. This people need to be fired. Won’t be coming back to this place again.

Pretzels are amazing here , but place needs to be cleaned , floors look dirty the show case where the pretzels are , looks dirty when your paying you can see the floors look dirty , not sure if the owners know about this or not , but in any business appearance should be on there top list , Pretzel maker is better than any other ones here in Deerbrook , but after seeing how dirty it is , I’ll stop giving pretzel maker my business and I’ll also contact pretzel maker directly , if it’s dirty where customers can see , imagine what else is dirty in the back.

These pretzels are way better than Auntie Anne’s in my opinion, however I wish they had signage in-store displaying store hours and updated the hours on Google as well as they seem to not be accurate.

If you like soft pretzel bites, like I do, they're great. If you prefer your soft pretzels a little harder, then they might be too soft for you. But I prefer them soft, so I like them.
