Try the chilaquiles. Ufffff 😆. Even the gorditas and menudo are awesome. I will recommend it to everyone. The only downside is that its very small inside so seating is very limited.
Wife and I were in the area and wanted to eat something different from the regular stuff we normally eat. I did a quick Google search and came across Queso Bonito. We saw that it was close and made the trip. Walked in and the place is pretty small. The gentleman behind the counter greeted us and asked to take our order. I ordered a beef fajita torta and my wife had a beef fajita Gordita. I also had an aqua Fresca de melon, which was pretty good by the way. The wait was a bit long...
I was craving chilaquiles after a day where I was suffering from headaches and I just did not want to cook at home. I came and ate here and order the green salsa spicy chilaquiles with huevos estrellados fried over medium eggs. Delicious ?!!! Highly recommend it. I will be back to try something else!
