I always got surprised how fast they give you the order, site is clean, chicken juicy, souse is really good, fries are ok but the toast? Another level.

Updated review: gave them another try....crazy to say another hair found in my daughter's fry.

Probably be my last time coming here. I got to the window and they first handed me the wrong order. No big deal. Then I waited over 10 min without any explanation as to what was going on for my order. Them they forgot my extra fries again closes window and turns her back talking to about 3 other team mates. We get home and there is a hair on one of the fries. Tried to do a survey online and it says access denied so here we are. Way too pricey for bad service.

Sorry but Store Manager has “F” grade! Keeping surroundings clean is part of the responsibilities. I wish I can attach pictures of how dirty the entrance is as well than the outside eating area. It does need a really deep pressure washer with heavy chemicals to remove all that dirt.

I had ordered before here and everything was fine, but I came yesterday and the salad was completely tasteless and the chicken was badly fried

Never thought I would give Cane's a bad review. I love Cane's so much but this location not so much. I bought an order with a 3 piece and a box combo through the drive through. When I got home it smelled like smoke/burnt smell. Chicken was not burnt but it smelled burnt and had a burnt smoke flavor. Called it in they said they recently cleaned it and were kind enough to ask me to come back and said they'll make it right. Went to the restaurant they gave 2x three piece instead of the 3 piece and the box combo. When I get home the chicken still smells like burnt smoke. The taste was a bit better. I ended up eating with because I was too hungry and tired. I'll probably avoid this location as much as possible.

Ordered for four on 1-2-25, ALL of our meals were cold. Fries were cold, chicken strips were cold; our meals were disappointing. Not returning.
