My wife and I dine here often , this last experience started off so wrong that we chose to leave with the low service from a passive aggressive waiter . Not only did he belittle the hostess in front of us in such a passive way by yelling not to sit us there. the hostess felt embarrassed moved us to another table . Turns out it was still this man’s table then he went on and on about how useless the coworker was in such an aggressive matter . It was beyond uncomfortable. This man then proceeded with so much aggression in his voice while taking our order for drinks that we just chose to left . Will not come back luckily there is a new one saltgrass in town.

10.22.24 06:30pm The service tonight was excellent. Of course it always is but tonight was especially attentive and service was prompt and very friendly. Noticed differences in recipe for fried pickles. The batter is different than I remember. This batter was an unexpected extra delight. Second only to the thicker cut on the pickles themselves. 100% upgrad on fried pickles. How can you go wrong with Pats rib eye with a side topping of The Oscar. Both on the salmon and steak. Really on point this evening. Kudos to the chef tonight. Only gripe, I MUST HAVE piping hot potatoes in any form. I never get them that way and I request it every single time. Oh well. Really enjoyed this evening out with my husband. Shout out to James, outstanding server this evening.

Middle tier stakehouse in the Landry chain. Generally good service but disappointed with our most recent experience. Steaks were cooked perfectly but the upcharges seem to be on everything else. Saltgrass needs specials to make up for drink prices.

One of the worst experiences at this location! When we walked in, there was no hostess. We waited around for about 2-3 minutes meanwhile other staff members did not acknowledge us...and some made eye contact with us! We had to wave down a waiter to let him know that there was no hostess and had been waiting. He went and got her and she still took her time waiting on us! She didn't even apologize for making us wait. After waiting for our steaks...mine was burnt! I didn't complain, because the meals took forever. My sweet husband split his with me and took mine. They brought the check to us..gave them my credit card... she, the same hostess, brought back the check with a different amount and started to walk off.. she must have seen the confusion on our faces. Because she came back and said, "I'm sorry I didn't want to confuse you but the wrong check was given to you". The proper thing should have been to give us our check and explain what happened.. not just walk off! We are just truly disappointed with the Humble location. P.S. We are also Landry Select members.. both of us.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The food was great, especially dessert, the Pecan Bread Pudding. The drinks and steaks were great as well. We will go back.

Used to be the go to for a steak you could cut with a fork. Guess things change. Update decided to give it one more shot I can say it's the last. By far the worst Tbone for the money. I assume they are cutting corners where they purchase the meat. My steak has so much gristle that it seemed half of it could not be eaten. The service was to notch and our waitress did a wonderful job so her tip was based off of that she had nothing to do with the food

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Called to report my service and the manager was very very rude and disrespectful… Spoke to the assistant GM, and he tried to down play my complaint. We have been here before and it was great!!! This time was horrible!!! Overall very disappointed in the food, the service and the management.
