AND PASSED SEVERAL LADIES GOING TO THE BATHROOM.NOT ONE OF THEM WELCOMED ME TO THE STEAKHOUSE.NOT GOOD!! THE HOSTESS TOLD ME I NEEDED TO WAIT SEVERAL MINS . TO BE SEATED.WHILE I WAITED ON AND ON,I WAS IRRITATED AND ALMOST WALKED OUT. 2 WEEKS AGO IN COMPARISON I WENT TO WOODLANDS SALTGRASS ON HWY 45. GOT THEIR FOR LUNCH AT 10:40 AM.,THEY IMMEDIATELY WELCOMED ME AND SEATED ME AT A TABLE.SERVICE THIER WAS EXCEPTIONAL,THEM MANAGER CAME BY TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN YOURS AT HUMBLE,IM SAD TO SAY.SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES CUSTOMERS RETURN. First impressions, 4 people, Sunday at 2:30 pm, no wait, fantastic!!, the service 10/10, the bread not to bad, y order the Texas T Bone medium rare with bake potatoes & house salad, the potatoes and the salad, excelent!! The T bone ..... 5/10 the term was the right one but the meat quality mmmmm no so good, a lot of fat and nerves,. Not only mine, the 4 that we order. The place has nice atmosphere.

Came in and asked for a table for 5 as we had more people arriving, sat us at a table for 4 and when we requested a change they told us it would be a 50 minute wait. Might just be the staff inexperience.

Aaron was great and attentive I had a great birthday experience .Selene was the manager that night she has excellent people skills and made me feel welcomed I felt like I was back in Louisiana. I would highly recommend you to check this location out!!!

As a Landry Select member, we were not acknowledged. However, we observed the management staff move from table to table, selectively. The food was cold on one plate and overcooked on the other plate. We asked for a to-go cups and they said they didn't have any cups. After finally making contact with a management team member, we were able to get that resolved. Cups were in the storage room. An apology was offered, but no other from of compensation, based on the service and the time spent there. This is not the first bad experience, we had a similar experience the time before that.
Stopped in with a party of 6 One guest in our party can't eat shrimp so we asked if an appetizer could be made without shrimp. Our server said it would be no problem. When the appetizer came it had shrimp. We pointed out to the server that the appetizer had shrimp, she said I'll fix this I'm so sorry. 10 minutes later she brings back a cold appetizer with the holes from where she pulled out each individual shrimp! I told her to cancel the food we would no longer be dining with them. She said its just shrimp I can have the kitchen remake it. A manager came over and informed us that the appetizer is pre-made with the shrimp and can't be made without. Had our server stated that, we would have chosen a different appetizer but instead we were lied to and then belittled with a poor excuse for costumer service.

Staff is friendly, smiling and engaging! I’ve been three times and have only gotten the 12oz. Pat’s Ribeye that is served with a dollop of butter on top…mouth watering flavor every time!! I order medium and it’s still somewhat pink in the middle and their ribeyes have been consistently marbled which produces a juicy steak. House salad is great, the beer is cold, the restrooms are clean and the whole place has a cool steak house look and feel to it. Just go, you won’t regret it and you certainly won’t leave there feeling hungry!

We've been going to this location since it opened in Humble, however I think I am done. The food has gotten pretty expensive, and the quality seems to have gone down. I got a salad with my meal and the lettuce was brown. yuk.. I ordered a pineapple margarita because it sounded good, there was no pineapple flavor at all. Maybe just a coincidence, but after using my credit card there last night a charge for NFL+ showed up not long after leaving there. I'm not an NFL fan at all, never have been. That's being investigated now.
