Middle tier stakehouse in the Landry chain. Generally good service but disappointed with our most recent experience. Steaks were cooked perfectly but the upcharges seem to be on everything else. Saltgrass needs specials to make up for drink prices.
Took my daughter here for her birthday. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The food was great, especially dessert, the Pecan Bread Pudding. The drinks and steaks were great as well. We will go back.

The service tonight was excellent. Of course it always is but tonight was especially attentive and service was prompt and very friendly.
Noticed differences in recipe for fried pickles. The batter is different than I remember. This batter was an unexpected extra delight. Second only to the thicker cut on the pickles themselves. 100% upgrad on fried pickles.
