This location is poorly ran. People in green vests are supposednto be supervisors. Yet they will see you standing at the ALWAYS unmanned Member Club Pick Up starion and never once ask you if you need help or call fpr anyone. Why is there not a button to push since you dont keep the station manned? You literally are paying to be treated like you are shopping at Wal-Mart. Whats the point?
I like shopping here because I like the fact you can buy everything in bulk and not have to worry about shopping again for awhile. I love the scan and go app because sometimes the lines can be long but they have added more self checkouts so that helped out a lot. They are always stocked with what I need and the store is well kept and clean.
The absolute worst! Always understaffed and the staff they do have could give a rat's ass less about the customers. You will stand in line forever. Also do not even try to do curb pick up. Although there is a lane to do so and you check in on the app as instructed they do not do that and you'll sit forever. When I went in inquiring I was told oh we don't do that we don't have enough people.
