Roach crawled across the wall while here. Orders came out wrong and no attempt to correct offered. Soda machine didn’t work. Only unsweet tea. Paper straws.

Today (9/24/25) we went through drive in window. Ordered two sandwiches only. One original medium size, turkey avocado small size. When we got home, the original had too much mustard and not any of the olive salad that makes it so good and the turkey/avocado had zero avocado and it had bacon on it??? Won’t be going back to that location.

Overpriced convenience store where the staff is usually friendly. Schlotzsky’s is never open. I bought a bottle of iced coffee and it cost me $5.50 where most places are $3.
My car likes the gas, although the fuel prices are usually higher than other places.

Check your food before you leave. I ordered a Cinnabon and it was burnt and crispy when I opened it at home. Looks like it has just been sitting out for hours

I’m truly disappointed with the quality of the sandwich I received during my most recent visit. Schlotzsky’s has always been a place I’ve trusted for fresh ingredients and well-made sandwiches, but this experience was far from what I’ve come to expect.

The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and visibly old — something that should never have made it onto a customer’s order. The sandwich itself looked carelessly thrown together, with ingredients unevenly stacked and lacking any real presentation. On top of that, the bread was stiff and not fresh at all, which completely took away from the taste and texture that normally makes Schlotzsky’s sandwiches enjoyable.

What’s even more frustrating is that I live 35 miles away, so I didn’t realize just how bad the sandwich was until I got home, ready to sit down and enjoy my meal. At that point, I was left disappointed and frustrated, wishing I had unwrapped it in-store just to make sure it was made properly — which I shouldn’t have to do.

I’m upset and would appreciate a refund, but the inconvenience of driving all the way back makes it even more disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this isn’t the quality I expect from Schlotzsky’s.

Seems this company has made some changes and not very positive changes. I remember when the bread was better, my last 2 visits it was crunchy. Staff was not very friendly, kinda felt like an assembly line.

It’s a shame for it to be apart of the company. When you got there you can’t use the app or any rewards also no receipt. Also my 18.00 dollar Reuben was dry and nasty the potato soup tasted like chilis nasty soup. Sorriest location I have ever been to. The app even has it listed as closed. Schlotzsky’s should close it until it reaches the standard of the other locations. Don’t waste your time going there any location but there. I point of interest usually the owner or management answers reviews trying to make it better. No input from anyone at the company. Go somewhere where they appreciate your patronage.
