This was my first time to go to a Schlotzsky's in about 15 years. I was promptly help by Lindsey and she was definitely the best part of the visit. Lindsey was patient and very helpful during the ordering process. The food was ok, at best. If I was to return, it would solely be bc of the amazing customer service that she provided.

Ordered through gluten free through Door DashThe employees at Scholotzkys says they don’t have gluten free… I said oh okay.. we’ll can I have something else or maybe a different topping. They told me that it would be additional charge…After speaking to the person over the phone you can tell they barley knew anything about the company they worked for. Much less a clue about life itself..
