Got my order wrong. I ordered a cream filled and an apple fritter. I got some weird filled donut that is not even remotely close to being an apple fritter. Didn't seem to know what a Bavarian cream filled donut was so I just said cream which is different from a Bavarian. The 6 glazed that I did get were warm so that was good.

Terrible! This morning I walked into this Shipley Donuts to receive a half dozen donuts that was advertised on Media for Educators Appreciation Week. I was not greeted when I entered and immediately after expressing my request for the donuts for Teachers Appreciation day, I was told by the cashier, “We don’t do that here”! I asked, you have anything for Teachers Appreciation? She said in a nice so manner way, Noooo! We do not! I immediately felt I was not welcomed there and left. It’s a shame to be treated in such a manner when I work so hard for this community to make sure students are readers and writers. I will not support a business that doesn’t support educators. I plan to share this with my colleagues and the CEO of this company. Horrible customer service!!!

I just got a dozen glazed donuts from here. After 11:45ish am 03/16/2025. This place is trash, they used to be good. Just avoid this place all together. Their menu also need upgraded. They don't sale the kolache bold and not specialty drinks, all other Shipleys have the specialty frappes, sale the bolds, etc. I will never come to this location again, you shouldn't either. Also donuts were cold.
Employees are very rude I have had several times issues with the lady’s taking the order by the drive thru I want to know a phone number to report these people I asked a question a she went off on me.this ladies don’t have no customer service experience I’m very upset

This morning I went to order my son a sausage kolache and the young girl gave me a sausage and cheese kolache. When I went back inside I just politely said if she could give me the sausage kolache that I got the wrong one and she starts arguing with me and told me she gave me what I ordered and starts yelling that I ordered that. I said no I asked for a sausage no cheese. She continues to yell at me and is rolling her eyes I told her that why was she so angry if she could just correct it. I have never experienced service like that. The lady at the cashier even looked shocked because her coworker was yelling at me. Worse service ever. I will never come to this location again. There is a new location a few minutes further out. Y’all don’t waste your time coming here.
