I've been coming to this shop with my family for YEARS. It used to have much nice staff and good. Now its been the worst for like three years. The staff is always so rude. They dont honor promotions even though by the reviews that are being answered it is a corporate location not a franchise. The staff always has an attitude no matter if its drive thru or going inside and they'll get upset of you change your mind, if you clarify after they get something wrong, or if you are taking 'too long' to decide.

I’ve been to this location many times and order same thing. Sucks that for glazed donuts they use small boxes and by the time I get to the office and my employees grab them they are all smushed together and can’t get enough glaze. They should automatically use the big regular box when glazed donuts are purchased
