I just got a dozen glazed donuts from here. After 11:45ish am 03/16/2025. This place is trash, they used to be good. Just avoid this place all together. Their menu also need upgraded. They don't sale the kolache bold and not specialty drinks, all other Shipleys have the specialty frappes, sale the bolds, etc. I will never come to this location again, you shouldn't either. Also donuts were cold.

This morning I went to order my son a sausage kolache and the young girl gave me a sausage and cheese kolache. When I went back inside I just politely said if she could give me the sausage kolache that I got the wrong one and she starts arguing with me and told me she gave me what I ordered and starts yelling that I ordered that. I said no I asked for a sausage no cheese. She continues to yell at me and is rolling her eyes I told her that why was she so angry if she could just correct it. I have never experienced service like that. The lady at the cashier even looked shocked because her coworker was yelling at me. Worse service ever. I will never come to this location again. There is a new location a few minutes further out. Y’all don’t waste your time coming here.

They have bad customer serivcer. The attitudes are horrible my family and i wake up every morning to come shop with them. We was kinda far from the window but it was a good distance in between the car and window. The lady seen my husband reaching almost out the window tryna grab the bag, and when we said come out some she got mad and said your too far and wasnt. She wasnt even out the window she was standing right there not tryna reach out or nun. We asked for the manager and she laughed in my husband face.

I decided to take my grandkids for donuts. We walked in and I told the staff take other customers, we had important decisions to make. I don't know her name but the young lady behind the counter with the braided hair was very rude to my 11 year old granddaughter. I try to let the kids order for themselves. It was somewhat noisy in there and hard to hear. When my granddaughter told her what she wanted she rolled her eyes and pushed another lady in our direction. It was not necessary to react like that. If you can't hear just say so don't be so blatantly rude to the customer. I like Shipleys but I won't go back to that location. It's too early in the morning to be acting like that.

I make it a habit to take donuts and kolaches for my co-workers on Fridays, a minimum of 6 dozenz, but I will never purchase a single donut from this shipleys ever again. I tried to order some of their breakfast kolaches, and they refused to give them to me. They said that that item is not on the menu. I showed them their online menu and still refused to fulfill my order. Just lazy if you ask me.
