I swear this is my last time going to this Shipley. They gave me 3/4ths of an iced coffee. I have been to this shop multiple times, and this has never been an issue. When I asked employees why they would give someone an underfilled product, they refused to fill it. A customer is lost today!

After reading these comments, Iâm glad it wasnât my imagination. I have been having the same problems with this location. This Shipleyâs is in the perfect spot for business, but any time of the day you wonât get perfect service. I have to go out of my way to other locations for my childhood favorite delight on my way to work. The Shipleyâs is very disappointing. I donât particularly like Crispy Cream, but if I have to make the switch. If anyone knows of a better location, let us know.

When I Ordered My Sausage & Cheese Kalache: I Asked For Hot & Fresh But Instead The Lady Gave It To Me Warm With The Shipley Bag Somewhat Wet & A Bit Torn Because She Was Doing Other Things & Her Hands Were Most Likely Wet & Not Dry Or Cleaned.
She Could Barely Talk In English So It Was A Bit Difficult To Understand.
I Am A Big Fan Of Shipley's Since ai Was A Kid But Today Service Sucked.
I havenât been to Shirleyâs in several years, but decided to stop by on this particular day. The customer service was great and the food was warm and tasty. The prices were reasonable and the selection was vast. I will definitely be returning.

I never really liked this location The ladys in the drive thru have horrible customer service, on top of that why give me cold donuts thatâs probably been sitting, when you ask for fresh ones. I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE FROM WARMED UP AND FRESHLY MADE

Placed a pickup order on 1/3/2025 around 2:40pm and got there at 2:46pm and they were closed. My pickup order is paid and was confirmed so I donât understand how they were closed and still decided to take my money for an order I wouldnât be able to pick up. Website says they close at 3pm.
The glazed doughnuts are very randomized and sometimes come out not even tasting like glaze doughnuts,im outraged

Came in early this morning and my debit card was having some issues and only authorized half the purchase. At the same time there is errors on the store side register that prevented the purchase being avoided. The staff were extremely patient and the manager was extremely understanding and was able to get me out of the door and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Would definitely be visiting again!
