3/21/24 The ladies were being very rude and dramatic (ESPECIALLY the younger one) over an in-app coupon. You can tell she was annoyed from the start. She first said the coupon didn't apply and was insisting I Pay full price. I showed her I did have a coupon, and she still kept claiming it didn't apply, but she just didn't charge the item I had a coupon for. When she handed me the receipt, it showed the coupon applied. So she lied for no reason. Then my wife used her coupon on a separate order, and she said it applied but kept insisting we hand over the phone so she can verify it disappears from the phone, so we won't be able to use it again. Never in my life has a restaurant ever asked me to see my phone to confirm a coupon is gone. If it applies their screen, that should be all that matters. Shipleys, if this is how employees treat customers over a simple coupon, please do not offer them. It shouldn't be this difficult. They acted as though I was trying to scam.

Shipley must have changed the donut recipe. Donuts use to be like and aire. These donuts just taste like dough.

Definitely a disappointing visit as food was not fresh, I arrived around 8:45AM and ordered a dozen of Hot Glazed Donuts and one Sausage & Cheese Kolcahe. The Donuts were not hot nor extremely fresh, the Kolache bread was hard and inside did not taste fresh either. For it to be this early on a Sunday morning and the weekend at that it's unacceptable..

Disappointing Experience at Shipley Donuts on US-59I recently visited the Shipley Donuts located on 19399 US-59 at around 9 am, eager to indulge in one of their famed cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.Regrettably, the cinnamon roll I received wasn't as fresh as I've come to expect from Shipley. It lacked the warm, gooey goodness that makes their pastries so delightful. This particular visit was a departure from my usual positive encounters at Shipley Donuts.Having frequented the location on North Sam Houston, I've grown accustomed to their consistently fresh and mouthwatering donuts, regardless of the time of day. The disparity between the two locations is evident, and it's safe to say that the US-59 branch fell short in comparison. While I've had wonderful experiences with Shipley Donuts in the past, this specific visit left me somewhat disappointed, and I'm inclined to recommend the North Sam Houston location for those seeking consistently fresh and delectable donuts. Here's hoping the US-59 branch can step up their game to meet the high standards set by other Shipley establishments.

It was overall meh. The lady working was not very friendly and just kinda rushing. The donuts were kinda dry, not fresh. To be honest just disappointed and the prices are higher than other shipley’s. Wouldn’t recommend especially seeing the other reviews.

I went at 8 AM and order donuts and they were cold and hard and the lady at the window had an attitude as she handing me the brick hard donuts, this is the third time and it’s my fault for keep going back.I’m filling out a complaint form because the prices are already high at least give out hot donuts, if I wanted cold donuts i would go to Dunkin’s
