We got 3 kolaches bottom was hard and could not eat them. I think they were old.

I was here at 4:20p.m and no one was here to take the orders i waited 10 minutes and still no one is taking orders!!!

Count your change before you leave this place. A short Hispanic lady with blonde hair gave us the wrong change we were missing $20.00 . We had our receipt 🧾 but incorrect change . Count your money before you leave this donut 🍩 place. 20 years going to this place and we never had any problems.

Second time this location left items off my order and refused to answer the phone. Lady time the refused to give me the items or refund my money until I put in multiple complaint online. It makes no sense that they can’t check ordered for accuracy or at the very least answer the phone when guest are calling.

Been here different time 5am 7am 8am and every time donut are cold. I’ve called a head of time and they say it depends when the donut are warm but apparently they’re never warm. Very sad.

Been to this location 3 times before 8am and donuts was cold and unfresh. Do not go here if u want fresh donuts.

Most rude experience ever considering they forgot my items on numerous occasions. I’ll not go back

I swung by here at 8am with my kids and got a few donuts and some donut holes. When I pulled them out of their little baggies, them they were cold and stale. Come on Shipley’s, you had one job. What a disappointment. The reason I come here is for the ooey gooey goodnes of a freshly baked donut. At the very least give me something relatively warm, this was trash. I’m convinced it was from the day before.

Door hours say 6pm. Google hours say 5pm closing. I arrived at 430 and no one was here. So frustrating.

The quality of the donuts was satisfactory, although their size was notably smaller compared to other Shipley Donut stores. Additionally, the ongoing construction in the area presented challenges in terms of accessibility and navigation.
