They don’t give you heated donuts in the drive thru. That is a must early in the morning. My, how things change. I still love their donuts

Worst ShipleyDo-Nut Mexican workers always have attitude you can catch them when they 1st open and the refuse to make fresh donuts if requested bad customer service I pass this store to go to 1960 just to avoid the bad experience

Employees are wonderful and very professional. Most of the employees speak Spanish as well as English. This is a plus, cause I've had to translate several times in different places. I observed while standing in line, how well the employees work together. Like a well oiled machine with everything in sink. I have no idea who the manager is. The owner of this establishment hit a home run with the training and employees. They all have potential to run their own business.
They all deserve 6 stars. That's why I will keep going back . They treat you better than family.

Service slowly declining. They have so many signs of what not to do in the drive thru but maybe customers should tell these people how to do their job. They stack the donuts In a bag and it’s so messy. I miss the employees when they first opened because these ladies are not it.

I ordered online the night before at 7:58 pm to be picked up at 8:00 am the next morning. I go to pick up my donuts and they cannot find the order. I showed her my order number, my order, the location I chose for pickup (the location I was correctly at) and all she said was “I cannot find your order.” So I looked at her and was like “ok what can we do from here because I spent $45 on this order?” She shrugged and said “I mean I guess you can call and ask for a refund?” And I proceeded to look at her in amazement that even though I provided the order number she had no way of getting my order or wouldn’t even bother to honor the order. I even handed her my phone to show her via the actual shipleys app all of my information. I was so angry because this was a $45 order she basically said “oh well” on. I called customer service and they immediately helped me. She found my order and sent it back over. My order was ready in about 10 minutes after that. Upon picking up my order the second time, the lady at the counter still continued to argue with me saying that the order was JUST placed and it was not their fault. At this point, I don’t care whose fault it is, just give me the donuts. I am so disappointed in their online ordering system for not being able to recall orders through the order number and also for how little help they were with my order.

How is it 7 o’clock in the morning and you have cold donuts? Then I asked you if your donuts are cold because you warm them you said no we don’t have a microwave. Are you freaking serious? It’s early morning. There’s no reason your donut should be cold. Every time I come to this location in the morning, this is what I have encountered.

I ordered a glazed cake and the continued to get my order wrong three times , they always are so into their own conversations ,Literally had to drive all the way back

Iv been coming here since they have opened! But today was just awful ! My donut was hard and my kolache was nasty so greasy and raw !! What ever y’all did y’all need to change it back ! Because this just ain’t it This place is going down hill

For 35 years my Shipley locations were Main@45N and 34th@Ella, IYKYN! I've never had less than quality service at this newer location, however the quality of the donut product is slipping. Today my iced cake only had a dab of icing, and my kolache bread was over cooked. Come on guys, step it up. You got this!!

What can u say...it's donuts!!! Friendly staff and nice clean place. Wish they offered an all beef kolache like kolache factory. ?
