Employees are wonderful and very professional. Most of the employees speak Spanish as well as English. This is a plus, cause I've had to translate several times in different places. I observed while standing in line, how well the employees work together. Like a well oiled machine with everything in sink. I have no idea who the manager is. For 35 years my Shipley locations were Main@45N and 34th@Ella, IYKYN! I've never had less than quality service at this newer location, however the quality of the donut product is slipping. Today my iced cake only had a dab of icing, and my kolache bread was over cooked. Come on guys, step it up. You got this!!

I was running late for work, so I stopped to get some breakfast for the staff. Very convenient that they have a drive thru. Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts, 1 dozen jalapeno and sausage kolaches and 1 dozen sausage and cheese kolaches. I was informed that they did not have enough sausage and cheese to complete my order, so they made a mix of regular sausage and sausage and cheese.
