Slim Chickens

This is our Sunday hangout. I get the strips tossed with cayenne pepper dry rub and dip with the mango habanero sauce. Gotta be one of the best combos I've tried. I also like the pepper ranch sauce. Consistent service and experience week after week. The salad is excellent too. Every once in awhile the ice machines run out of ice and sometimes the music is a bit loud but that's the worst of it.

Irene is an amazing manager. The food is always fresh, not to mention customizable! Hungry meal with garlic parmesan tossed tenders is great!

Good food, chicken is a little oily. Maybe it's a me problem but they aren't the nicest when I'm ordering, you know when the vibe is just off you can tell they aren't paying attention.

I had an experience that was reviewed by Irene, the manager, and I honestly didn’t expect my concern to be noticed. To my surprise, Irene personally called me to address it and assured me that it truly mattered to her. She took the time to explain the reason behind my concern, which I greatly appreciated.
This is what great management looks like. I never expected a call from management when one wasn’t even requested. That gesture alone showed me that my concern mattered. Thank you, Irene, for reaching out!

They Forgot to bring me my order ! I’m waiting outside for 20 plus minutes while my food was ready and basically just getting cold and Mind you they told me to park outside when I went through the drive thru because my order wasn’t ready yet .

A staple in Texas. Id like to say anyone from Fl has to try this.

I love the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bowl. It is not really spicy hot but has great flavor.

Great service. The team was very attentive and hospitable. Leaving and hearing, “Have a great day,” made my heart smile. The toast was the best part to me. It was my first time trying the spot. Chicken wasn’t that extravagant, but it wasn’t bad and for good/quality service, I’d always come back.

Over 20-minute wait for fast food while employees and the manager who was a man in a red shirt stood around doing nothing. Completely unacceptable, especially for delivery orders.

Ordered 7 tender meal. When open the box There was pinky finger size 8 piece no meat fried bread. So whoever cooked already knew it was too small and he tried to make it up by adding one extra piece. While he is not supposed serve that customer. They did it anyway. Bad service bad management bad workers.

I ordered Uber eats from here multiple times and they conveniently leave the sauces out every time. I spoke with “Ken” and he said I can come get the sauces from them next time I come. I understand there’s not much they can do since I don’t live close to the establishment, but hey… at least “Ken” said he’s got me on the sauce next time I come lol

This is a very good and established restaurant. There was a slight mess up with my order but I believe she was the manager, set everything right and made me feel welcomed and appreciated for bieng a customer. We will most definitely come back.

First time here, went for the special advertised on the windows. It’s 3 tenders (grilled or fried) with fries, toast, dipping sauce and a drink for $6.99!! You can’t beat it. Plus the seasoning was perfect.
You can substitute the fries for Okra but it is $1.99 extra.

We also got the fried pickles which are sliced and breaded NOT cornmeal which was great!! Alittle on the salty side but still very good.
