I pulled in at 7:55 to the order board, after waiting 3 minutes to greet me, they informed At 7:58 that they could not take my order. Horrible customer service not willing to do one more order before 8PM. Lost a customer for life I’ll be going to tropical smoothie or another smoothie king.

This particular store really used to be good. Service was good people are friendly. What has happened i really don’t know. Service is horrible wait times are way way longer than normal. Smoothies do not taste right. Ive had to bring smoothies back because they weren't made right. Not enough competent people working. Always more smoothie in the blender than in my cup. Overall it’s not enough trained people and they are put in situations they can’t handle. I don’t think it’s their fault. Real cool people in there but the service is bad enough for me to have time to write this whole thing in the store while I’m waiting and still waiting on my smoothie. Won’t be back for a while.

Great customer service and they where fast with my order
This location can never seem to make a good smoothie! If I am going to spend over $10 for a smoothie, I expect to get the quality I am paying for. Their smoothies are either always too watery, too icey or just too bland. They are never smooth! Just this morning, my husband brought me my smoothie and sure enough, another disappointment. The smoothie was bland, and way too watery. And then I tried to call their location to explain the issue and their phone is disconnected. This location needs to have a meeting or something about how to properly following the smoothie recipes because they do an awful job!

I wouldn’t purchase a açaí bowl from here again. The amount of product they give you is a joke, especially for $12! You’re better off going down the street to açaí Brasil & getting more bang for your buck

Apparently this is the acceptable amount of smoothie for their smoothie bowls, they said the owner writes up the employees if they put more than half way, this is the first time we got one like this at this location and it wasn't this bad, definitely won't be going back to this location as it seems to vary per location. I really wish I would've read the recent reviews before stopping at this location on my way home.

So I recently started going to this location consistently and I’ve noticed they aren’t consistent. Employees should follow each recipe precisely because I’ve had them remake it on different days. Yesterday was the icing on the cake for me when I was served a watery smoothie bowl. Those cost way too much to get those wrong. Another reviewer mentioned the one in Atascocita was better and I agree. I’ve never had issues there and will start getting my smoothies from there or make them myself when I don't feel like driving over there. I hope this location can get it together. I threw an entire drink away because it wasn’t made right and I was over trying to walk them through how to make it correctly.

Service has always been great. No complaints there. But the quality is always a miss! Every single time I order the acai bowl it’s half empty! It cost $12! That’s pretty pricey for a small bowl so it’s even more of a rip off when it’s half way filled. The smoothie king in Atascocita is honestly just the best their smoothies and acai bowls taste the best! & they don’t rip you off they actually fill it to the top. Wish I didn’t have to drive further to get better quality.
Waited in line 20 minutes behind only two cars. There should be a way to exit and not be stuck in line causing me to be late for work after leaving early just to prevent me from being late. On top of that , I had to reorder since they had no idea what I had ordered when I got to the window. I’m sure the smoothie probably isn’t even right after watching them rush to throw it together.Worse experience ever at this location!

Wouldn't open the door and they were open.
