First of all how are you going to work at Smoothie king and have never heard of the secret menu? Second of all, don’t tell me you can’t make the items off menu when you have the ingredients. I don’t know who hired the short kid with the emo haircut but he’s costing your store money by refusing customers.

I love smoothie king and I recently went to this location mid day. No one was in the store when me and another customer walked in. The other customer got impatient and left and I waited about 2-3 min and no one came out from the back. There was no sign or anything. I sat in the car and waited I even called the store but the line was disconnected. I was very disappointed. Probably won’t try this location again.

I haven’t been to smoothie king in awhile and I can say I would definitely be going back to this location. Alexia took my order with accuracy, and I had to do some searching for the person that made the smoothie, Angelina made my smoothie perfect, I stopped going a few months ago because no one could make it right. Ms Angelina won my belly she will be the only reason why I go and I would definitely be asking for her only to make my smoothie each time. If I could give 10 stars I would!

On Tuesday September 16, 2025 at approximately 1:20 PM. A young female was taking orders at the drive through window. I placed my order and repeated it twice 32 once Gladiator with double strawberry. When I arrived at the window to pay the employee hands me a small. I informed her that it was incorrect and she said you ordered a small I said no, I repeated myself twice to you. She displayed an attitude and became unfriendly immediately. She remade the smoothie and brought it to the window. I asked her for my receipt, and she stated she threw it away. I asked her why would she do this before asking if I wanted my receipt? She said I don’t know, so you assumed I didn’t want my receipt! I asked her to reprint it and she stated I don’t know how. I asked can I speak to a manager and she said manager left at noon! I asked her is there anyone else that can show you how to reprint the receipt, she said no. I informed her I would be filing a complaint for the level of service and the uncalled attitude. I normally come to this on a regular basis with no customer service issues. The young lady need additional training in customer service to be sympathetic with customers that patronized the business.

This location is never open on time. They have long lines early in the morning due to the fact that they don’t open at the time they say they open this is about the third day. I’ve came to this location and they have not been open at the time that they shall be open I will not be returned to this location. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time coming to this location.

8/10/25…waited in drive thru for 19 mins. When I got to the window they never even took my order from 19 minutes before. Malorie the “manager” was not in that day and no management what so ever. Total chaos always. SK please do better.

The cashier was way too casual taking my order. First I’m greeted after a while when I noticed no cars in line or customers inside. I ask him about a drink and the knowledge of the menu is absent. He comes to the window with an AirPod in his ear, is using the same gloves he used to prepare my smoothie to handle money. Lord knows what else he’s getting a way with. Hopefully a manager will review this feedback with him.
