I've come to this place multiple times before work around 7:30 and the place is never open on time! The place opens at 6:30. I've called to express my concerns.The "owner" eventually called me back being passive aggressive and rude. He calls just to tell me that his employee was late those times. Sir... DUH ! somebody was late if the store was not open. He expressed that I need to understand that it is not their fault that his employee was late and there is nothing he can do to help with that issue.

Waited in line 20 minutes behind only two cars. There should be a way to exit and not be stuck in line causing me to be late for work after leaving early just to prevent me from being late. On top of that , I had to reorder since they had no idea what I had ordered when I got to the window. I’m sure the smoothie probably isn’t even right after watching them rush to throw it together.Worse experience ever at this location!

Two weeks ago smoothie king,77396 area I ask for a shot of chocolate, and got the WORST tasting smoothie,she place a whole bucket (of chocolate) that taste awful, so afraid to return and get another one, that something unpleasant happened to the replacement smoothie
Walked in, 4 young kids working and no one acknowledged me or asked if they can help me. I waited another 3 minutes and then walked out without any of them saying anything to me. One star because it wouldn't allow me to post zero stars

That’s interesting. I did leave a description. I’d rather leave the description here than an email so that other customers can see what happens.You don’t add the extra ingredients requested, your staff rung me up for wrong items, and you are severely understaffed.
