Smoothie King you should be ashamed of yourself for having Rodrick working by himself. 10 customers including online pick ups. I walked in at 5:30 and walked out at 6:00. Do better !

Every time I come to this Smoothie King, there’s always an issue. Either they’re out of bowls or they’re only taking online orders. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re never actually ready for customers. What’s the point of coming in if I can’t even order?

Take it the time in the door says they open at 9 a.m.. So, I go through the drive thru exactly at 9 a.m.. I had to sit there till almost 9:10 a.m. saying hello, good morning, and then finally someone finally says something. Then, when I get to the window, one of the workers is just clocking in 9:09 a.m. when she handed me my drink in a nasty way. Take it, i didn't do or say anything for her to be rude. This location is not up to the standards of other Smoothie King stores. It's disorganized, unclean, and the staff are rude. You need to address these issues immediately.
I loved this establishment here in Telfair. The environment was very welcoming and staff excellently took my friends orders.

My order was incorrect- I ordered Pineapple Recharge for Fri upgrade size- instead I had wrong size and I was charged for two drinks that I did not order. I had to ask for a refund. Had I not looked over my receipt I would not have known. She never verified my order before taking payment .

Apparently they only accept online orders there. I was completely turned away because I guess they don't have the ability to take orders from humans anymore. Me and my entire staff will be moving to a different company for our weekly smoothies!
