I order a vanilla hulk with extra butter pecan ice cream and almond. The ice cream had frost bite. It did not taste creamy at all. The only reason why it tasted appealing was because it was melted but other than that… it was all frost. No extra almonds either…

Tried to place an order but intercom said cash only. I ask the prices for 2 smoothies to see if I had enough cash and they act like they can’t hear and then they just say they are not taking orders. They should just not have a cash only sign and make it say close. I had inconsistent service at this location but today has been the worst.

This smoothie king location USE to be the best smoothies and customer service I would drive out of my way to specifically come to this location BUT NOW not sure what recently changed i’m assuming change in management possibly to many employees NOT providing excellent customer service,talking lounging, rude, hearing more of “i can’t”! Staff need more training on how to make smoothies because they’re terrible and re-visit what customer service is this new staff is horrible in particularly the evening shift

I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! The lady taking my order was very rude and when I pulled around continued to be rude and I asked her if she could be more polite and she said she could refuse service if I didn’t hurry up with my payment because there was a long line waiting for me. I was the ONLY ONE there! She then shut the window and she was laughing with another worker. Well who’s laughing now? They lost money because they don’t know how to provide appropriate customer service.

The team of employees at this location provides me the best customer service, the best tasting smoothie (Dark Chocolate Banana Metabolism Boost) and are consistent with taste, flavor and texture. Everyone is professional, greets with a smile, engaging and makes eye contact. They let you know your business is appreciated. I frequent this location even though there are other Smoothie Kings more convenient. I want to acknowledge Annabelle and Jamilah who are always a joy to be serviced by. They are an asset to the Smoothie King establishment and sets the standards for outstanding customer service!

I love the customer service I receive at this location, but I am disappointed that my Daily Warrior smoothie doesnt have any peanut butter 😢 the smoothie is a completely different color than normal.
The service here is excellent in the mornings. A bright attitude to start the morning when you get a fresh smoothies. The staff Jamilah and annabelle awesome and she was understanding of my changes even though they were specific.
