I've been to a few smoothie kings to try these bowls and how they are prepared. Now maybe I went to one on a day the person that makes them perfect wasn't there but those who slack needs more practice or should take more pride in their work like this person who made my bowl at this smoothie king. I have selected the PB Delight and it looks delightful. Thank you JaNala I believe who made this beautiful and delicious bowl. Let's see who can top her. Just beautiful ? some people bowls be sloppy not JaNala bowls. (CHEFS KISS)

The night crew there is awful. The never know what's going on. Orders take forever to come out, and they are inconsistent on quality. I need to find another place for my after gym smoothies.

The food is the same flavor as in all the locations, the service is more than average, sometimes good, sometimes bad. The atmosphere, well... the place is still on the side of the freeway so you basically see cars and parking, but it is accessible when it comes to a quick snack.

They charged me for a 20oz smoothie but handed me a 12oz. I wasn't sure until I got home, then actually measured it. I tried to call to get the issue resolved, but it seems as though they have disconnected their phone. It's too late to drive back. I will try to drop by again tomorrow.Very disappointed.

Aside from the outrageous prices for a simple smoothie, I had a scheduled pickup time of 1:06PM on November 5, 2023 for an online order. After waiting several minutes in their car line, I finally spoke to their staff and was told to pull around. I had to wait several more minutes without moving in their car line, so I decided to go into the smoothie shop to get my smoothie in person and save time. I reached the counter and they told me at 1:22PM, “It’s getting made” —by this point from order to service, it had already been over thirty minutes. The staff was very disorganized and inattentive. I was finally given my smoothie at 1:34PM —a whopping 37minutes after ordering— without so much as an apology. Completely absent customer service…excruciatingly slow. Definitely would not recommend, and I definitely will not repeat.

We love Smoothie King's Angel Food smoothie. Light, flavorful, refreshing. The only issue we ever have is how slow the drive-thru is. But, it doesn't mean we don't deal with it when we want a smoothie!

Hire a new staff, please!!! The customer service is bad. And Associates do not listen, nor do they follow directions. I ordered and substituted fruits for another fruits on my order. Associate asked me a 2nd time about the fruit. And when I got to the window, they just fixed like they wanted to. Customer service Sucks. When spending my money I should get what I paid for.I tried calling back 3 times to speak to a manager. There line was busy. Guess they took the phone off the hook. Now I’m just contacting Corporate. I’m done.

. For one the people who was working there the dude his attuide was horrible slamming the drive thru window. And they were playing while making peoples stuff.. I went and got a PB bowl and it looks horrible like it was throw together. PB just look like it was just throw on it and on top of that my lid has sticky stuff and hand prints and dirty … very unprofessional and nasty I will never spend a dollar there again !!!

The service is consistently fast and smoothies are always great! You can tell they love their job because they are always laughing and smiling with each other. The store manager karla always has great recommendations when I want to try something new. I just wish they had a better store to work but I guess the higher ups don't see it as a priority. Overall, my experience is always wonderful.

EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I was hired and worked for 4 days before quitting due to horrible food and working conditions. They are breaking so many health-code violations it's ridiculous. Keeping open cleaning chemicals by the food, SPRAYING GNAT SPRAY ABOVE UNCOVERED FRUIT, and on my second day, nightshift had left out a tub of bananas. When i got to my shift in the morning, the bananas were disgusting. They were watery and rotten and I got yelled at for trying to throw them away. I was appalled they forced me to serve that to customers. And don't even get me started on getting yelled at for trying to throw away blueberries covered in gnats. Like gnats were stuck swimming in the blueberry sauce, AND THEY STILL SERVED IT!!! This place is just a horrible vibe overall, and I definitely would not allow myself or any of my family members to eat here.
