Of all the smoothie kings locations I've been to this one is the best. Perfect drinks, friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. I also like the new chairs.

Rude employees. My wife and I get the same thing every time and have to spell it out for them in hopes they don't mess it up and they somehow always manage to get our orders wrong. When we say something they give us attitude because they messed up. Not racists but it's always the young African American women in the store that treat us badly.

Walked in there at 8:50PM Girl at the register said they’re not taking orders and they’re closing at 9:00PM today Website says they’re open until 10:00PM not sure what happened today but she had enough time to take my order even if they closed at 9:00

I went in and order an açaí bow, she seen a couple of her friends come in and went straight to making their orders first, i waited 30 minutes, until i said something and she started giving me attitude, and still did not do my order and continued to make her friends orders with attitude.

I’ve always loved this location it’s nearest to my home and most convenient for my wife and I, We’ve never had any issues up until this past Saturday. We visited this location late in the afternoon around 7:30pm upon our entry we were greeted with a less than enjoyable welcome from behind the counter, Ms. Christina didn’t seem enthused with our presents, She asked us what would we be having tonight in an annoyed manner. While we were ordering at the register she was leaning on the wall just staring at us waiting for our order with no type of help or information on the menu. Me being on a vegan diet cannot do dairy so as I was asking what my options were she could hardly tell me anything at all. Then when we did place our order she printed our ticket and walked over to her co-worker where the proceeded to point and snicker at our ticket like it was some type of under the table joke. Ms. Christina was very slow at making what we ordered and seemed thrilled to have to actually do something. There was no thank you come again as we were leaving or anything of that nature. I’ve visited this location several times and have never had any problems out of other employees except her. Which Is sad because we really like this location. I feel if the employee don’t want to work or do her job then she needs to quit or be let go. Me and my wife both noticed the snickering at our order and we’re both taken back and surprised by this employee’s rude demeanor. We will be returning, We just hope we don’t have to order with Ms. Christina again.

The two girls that worked there were sitting down looking at their phones. They saw me walk in and still stayed sitting like who was gonna get up to help. It took a minute to get help.

The girl who made my drink tonight with the black hair not the one taking the orders didn’t even fill up the cup and I saw so much wasted smoothie left. But for the guy she made sure he got his cup full. I paid $5 for a small child’s drink
