BEEN A CUSTOMER OF SMOOTHIE KING FOR 5YRS. EVERYONE I WALK IN EVERYONE LOOKS UP & SAYS, 'WELCOME TO SMOOTHIE KING', NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FRIDAY 4/1/24 THIS PLACE IS THE FAR WORSE SMOOTHIE KING I EVER BEEN TO. NO WELCOME, I STOOD THERE FOR ABOUT 5MNS. WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK UP, WATCHING THEM AND SEEING ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES DRINK FROM HER CUP WHILE SHE WAS MAKING A SMOOTHIE. NEITHER LOOKED UP UNTIL I SAID, 'HELLO'. THE 2 YOUNG LADIES LOOKED AT ME WITH THEIR FACES TURN UP, AS IF I DISTURBING THEM, AND ONE SAID, WE'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE. I STEPPED BACK. THEN ANOTHER CX WALKED IN, NO GREETING, DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP, THEN A 3RD CUSTOMER THE SAME. THE 2ND CX SAID, 'THEY DIDN'T GREET ME, HAVE YOU BEEN HELPED?. I EXPLAINED IT WASN'T JUST HIM. THE 3RD CX JOINED THE CONVERSATION STATING, 'YOUNG PEOPLE'. WE WAITED ANOTHER 10MNS. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER BY THEN THE 2ND & 3RD CX WERE GETTING UPSET. BOTH YOUNG LADIES STOPPED MAKING SMOOTHIES AND WENT TO THE BACK. THE MANAGER WALKED OUT WITH THE 2 LADIES AND ANOTHER YOUNG LADY. I ALONG WITH THE 2ND & 3RD CX EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, & THE MANAGER KEPT MAKING EXCUSES SAYING THEY WERE BUSY, AND THEY HAD ONLINE ORDERS AND IN HOUSE ORDERS TO FILL, THAT'S WHY THEY DIDN'T SPEAK. NEVER APOLOGIZED JUST KEPT MAKING EXCUSES FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. I UNDERSTOOD THEN WHY THEY HAD THE ATTITUDES THEY HAD. THE 3RD YOUNG FEMALE WHO CAME OUT THE BACK WITH THE MANAGER WAS THE ONLY ONE TO APOLOGIZE AND ASK TO ASSIST US, BY THEN IT WAS OTHER CX THAT CAME IN. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL THE OWNER BECAUSE SHE HAD THAT SAME LOOK AS IF WE WERE BOTHERING HER NOW, SHE STATED SHE COULDN'T GIVE OUT THEIR NAME, AND DIDNT HAVE THEIR PHONE NUMBER. WHICH I KNOW IS A LIE. I'VE SPOKE WITH OWNERS THROUGH OUT THE YRS WHEN THE EMPLOYEES WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE DOING THINGS CORRECTLY OR NOT SURE IF SOMETHING THEY NEEDED WAS OR WASN'T AVAILABLE... IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 FOR CX SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE THAT'S WHAT IT WOULD'VE BEEN.

I usually always love coming to this location but today has definitely changed my mind ! The customer service was non existing . They 2 workers barely said anything at all and don’t even move with a sense of urgency . I was the first customer there , and there were 6 other customers that came behind me and they all got their smoothies before I got my 2 bowls .

I’ve been here twice in the past month and it’s pretty good overall. I love the Chocolate Slim & Trim. Service is okay. The store is not nice enough to stay there while having your shake. It’s good, could be better.

Was so disappointed was buying the bowl of fruit with smoothie they have and my husband decided to try it out my daughter picked it up the two bowls were half way it looked bad . She said the people in there on drugs or something kept laughing eyes small not professional. I called to speak to a manager there was no manager I asked whats your name he responded I don't have to give you my name. I don't know who running this place but there should be a manager at all times.I will be calling corporate office.

I stopped by tonight, at 9:50…the red headed girl working the smoothies was a doll. However, the guy working the register, Dawson was terrible!! He was rude, with a disgusting attitude, did not treat me right and when I asked him for the name of a smoothie he said he didn’t know any of them. When I asked him for the receipt he did not hand it to me, I had to reach over the counter to grab it and when I first walked in he rolled his eyes at me and did not want to help me out. Very disappointed!!!

Person at front counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing, every time I tried to add or substitute something in my smoothie was told I couldn’t do that. I drink smoothies everyday after my workout’s and every smoothie shop I visit lets you add/ put what you want in your smoothie. Bad experience will not return

First of all it states there is a drive through and it is no drive through, trees are all in the way, smoothies are not as good as I have had at other smoothie kings.

Use the App - So Fast. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I pulled up after 5 and it was there ready to go!! Even at the counter they are quick and polite. Delicious and quick. Would recommend.

I walked in and no one was in the front. Maybe a minute after, two girls walked out from the back. A light skinned girl took my children's and my order. But before we ordered, I could not remember what this drink I liked was called so my son and daughter ordered first and then, after I described what I wanted, she indicated what the drink was called. Great right? Yes in that aspect, but the whole time she seemed impatient. No smile, just frowned while I struggled to decide. The other girl did two of the drinks, went straight to work but also did not smile. I served for 10 years, I know the importance of tipping and customer service. I've always tipped well, even before it became an expectation for everything after covid. But come on, you are already getting paid for doing your job. Tips are earned, smile at your customers. Truely, I struggled when I decided not to tip. I hesitated. But I needed to follow my morals and do what I felt was correct. My son and I both enjoyed our smoothies and my daughters berry boal was delicious! I tasted it and thumbs up on that. For anyone who might be wondering why I didnt tip for the well done berry boal, I had not tasted it until I had already left. However as a person who has served others many years, I know tips are based on your customer service. Maybe im old schooled. Perhaps I will give it another try at this location, it's on my way home from the gym. Hopefully I wont have to drive a little further to another location when I crave my smoothies.

I come here a lot but lately the smoothies aren’t great. They aren’t mixed well clumps get stuck in my straw and aren’t even filled to the top. The other day I waited 30 minutes and they started two smoothie bowls then made some for someone else and made my third bowl later. The other two were all melted and runny by the time I got my third. Sad because I love smoothie king and this location is 5 minutes from me.

I didn’t feel welcome when I walked in here. Seemed like I was annoying them by walking in. There was a younger Hispanic male and a heavy-set Hispanic female were the two in there working. The drink is great though

I gave the young lady a 20 dollar bill for a 11.02 tab she gives me 5.98 back I told her that it wasn't not right and she got a attitude and got my other 3 dollars and then shoved me my drink. I don't mind giving a tip but don't take it. Viane order id.aaa8zk48acgn
