Ordered 3 Large Strawberry Limeades.. I got a ton of ice; about 85% ice (not asked for by the way), little to NO strawberries to the point that the drink at the top near the lid looked only like sprite (it’s normally pink because of the strawberries), and absolutely NO limes. I waited til the ice melted to see if perhaps all of the fruit fell to the bottom, but no, this is all I got (see pic). Not to mention, once the carhopper gave me my last drink, I THANKED her, and she responded with “yeah.” What kind of customer service is that?? I’m not asking for a red carpet type of treatment, but if the customer service is going out the window, AT LEAST have the orders correct.

Went to the drive thru, no answer after waiting over 5 minutes. Rolled up to the window and all 3 employees were looking at their phones. Honked my horn several times and no one even looked up. I was the only car there! This is the 2nd and last time this has happened to me. Not going back.
Waited at the drive thru for such a long time and NOBODY SAID ANYTHING we tried calling out to them and someone had just gone thru ahead of us and we were ignored for far too long. We had to just drive away

If I could give it 0 stars I would… waited for 15 minutes with no response from anyone inside as well as waiting in the drive through. The parking lot is completely empty. The workers are just standing inside the lobby looking at their phones..
