I ordered my meal online around 8 pm and pulled up, I waited 40 minutes and no one ever attended me. I saw the worker running back and forth to a car chatting and brining them food, someone they knew personally. Please shut this place down or get some new night management.

Food is always worse than average at this location but it’s the closest one to my work. On top of that, they’re slow and it always takes way longer than it should to get the food out. Also it took me 6 tries to find a stall that had a working screen to order (I’m not joking or exaggerating it’s ridiculous).

The burger was well seasoned ?. Now the totts were not at all seasonednor completely cooked. Almost threw up the lemonade taste like mildew. The service was great. The second drink was out of order Rootbeer. The slush was just as nasty. All of the pull up screens were broken.

Honestly, I am a big reviewing person and like to speak highly of places. Today me and my family were craving something different and saw Sonic, unfortunately we were disappointed from the start with the ride tone of the person speaking, and rushing us in are orders, we understand you are busy but some of us are busy to when choosing a fast food restaurant.I hope they work on their customer service.

Terrible, Terrible service !! The workers they see you and ignore you , had to leave was there for about 30 minutes waiting on them to wait on our family..wouldn't recommend to ever go there till they get new people and get them trained on customer service

Let's be honest. Not one person ever really put Sonic as their first choice for fast food, heck, not even 2nd 3rd or 4th. Now, all of a sudden, in the last week of July, Sonic comes out of nowhere swinging wild as if a husband fending off an angry wife who caught him cheating. Yeah, you who just now cheated on them golden arches and Wendy with her red hair. Honestly, I can't blame you as Sonics released a true value menu. New fries? Crispy and crunchy with a little fluff like your lazy boy recliner. The new smasher burger that makes me wonder which grill daddy they stole from home and have him locked up in their test kitchen. As hot as texas is the food came even hotter. I had to step into the sun to cool off after burning the ever loving skin off the roof of my mouth. Everything was worth it. Sonic has entered the ring and is coming hard as if they just graduated jujitsu class against toddlers. I am here for these changes and can't wait to see what is next. Time to put Sonic back into the top 3 take my money spots for filling your stomach.

Came around 11:12 am and pressed the button and waited for over 20 minutes and no answer while the button flashed at me. Screens, lights, and music were all on so not sure if the staff left in the middle of the day or what.

This place has fell off tremendously, very unsanitary and slow ! I ordered 4 drinks and 2 cups of ice at 6:17 I didn’t get my order until 6:50. The ice came melted and when I came home to put it in a cup I saw particles of god knows and hair in my ice. i am disgusted with how this place has turned out. Do better !

The only positive part about it was the guy who brought me my food. The food itself was ok. But they messed up my order. As I had ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me French toasted sticks. And when I tried calling the store to get it sorted out their phone doesn't work. So this seems like the only way to get my message across.
