We used to love coming to this location Sunday morning since our church is located in the back, BUT they have this new manager who has the ugliest attitude. I stoped to just get a matcha and a water and requested to have a splash of peach juice added to it and the kind woman at the window was going to grab me a tiny cup of it only for the manager to say “No, they can pay for it if they want it” which they wanted to charge me for a tea and was a little of $5! She needs to be replaced immediately and should not be in a position of authority to treat customers that way. Staying away from this location moving forward.

When I place an order through the mobile app, I requested a matcha Frappuccino, but they incorrectly made my order for the third time. They provided iced drinks with no taste instead of Frappuccinos. Despite receiving tips, the employees need to be reviewed for their actions.

This was my favorite Starbucks location for so long. But this morning it was completely ruined by all of the new staff hired and their service. I will be advising everyone to not come here including all of my family and friends. This isn't even full this is how they gave it to me and when I asked them if they could fill it up they gave me B.S. excuses of why they couldn't. I use to come everyday to do my college work and spend a lot of money. Never again.

I tend to order an Iced Grande Doppio with cold foam (in the mornings)~ They fill up the ice all the way to the top, the cold foam is so milky it instantly mixes up with the espresso. I had to ask the cashier to please remove some ice and they removed majority of the ice leaving the drink with 3 blocks of ice 🤦‍♀️ by the looks of it, it seems that it was remade and they had only put one shot of espresso… PLEASE TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. Starbucks measures the majority of their drinks but this is getting out of hand.
