I am completely disgusted by the customer service at this location. I come here daily, if not every other day, because I work nearby. I tip often, but it’s unreasonable to expect customers to tip every single visit.

What I’ve noticed is that whenever I don’t leave a tip, the entire attitude from the employees changes instantly. At first, they’re polite and friendly, but as soon as they see I didn’t add a tip, they stop talking, stop responding, and suddenly have zero customer service. I say “thank you” or “have a nice day,” and they completely ignore me. It’s unprofessional and extremely off-putting.

Tips are not required, and customers should not be treated differently based on whether they leave one or not. It’s also very frustrating that the staff acts confused about “the question on the tablet,” when we all know it’s the tip prompt.

This behavior is unacceptable. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or disrespected for choosing not to tip every time, especially as a loyal, frequent customer. I hope this issue is addressed immediately.

I like the personal notes on the cup. I appreciate the baristas dedication to personalizing cups although I can't imagine how hard it is for them to stay consistent when they are slammed. Thanks for all you do!!🫶🏽🫶🏽

Huge thanks to Kayla, Brooke, Kat, and Yam for being so kind and helpful today.

I came in with a large order (18 drinks + food), which can be stressful, but they handled it with speed, accuracy, and so much positivity. Kayla took the order flawlessly and made all the food, Brooke Kat and Yam made all the drinks and packed everything quickly and neatly. (Brooke even updated a few times on how many drinks were left to make). Plus they greeted every customer with a smile while managing it all.

I order at Starbucks across Houston often, and it’s rare to see a team this pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!

We used to love coming to this location Sunday morning since our church is located in the back, BUT they have this new manager who has the ugliest attitude. I stoped to just get a matcha and a water and requested to have a splash of peach juice added to it and the kind woman at the window was going to grab me a tiny cup of it only for the manager to say “No, they can pay for it if they want it” which they wanted to charge me for a tea and was a little of $5! She needs to be replaced immediately and should not be in a position of authority to treat customers that way. Staying away from this location moving forward.

When I place an order through the mobile app, I requested a matcha Frappuccino, but they incorrectly made my order for the third time. They provided iced drinks with no taste instead of Frappuccinos. Despite receiving tips, the employees need to be reviewed for their actions.

This was my favorite Starbucks location for so long. But this morning it was completely ruined by all of the new staff hired and their service. I will be advising everyone to not come here including all of my family and friends. This isn't even full this is how they gave it to me and when I asked them if they could fill it up they gave me B.S. excuses of why they couldn't. I use to come everyday to do my college work and spend a lot of money. Never again.
