The iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is layered, and has cinnamon on top. The barista just blasted the oatmilk into the cup, didn’t put cinnamon and when I got the drink there were curdles at the bottom. I let the barista know and she just pulled out the oatmilk and said “it expires in August” and continued making other drinks. I spent $9 on a curdled drink that wasn’t made correctly. Both ingredients and layers.

Won’t be coming here again.

11-12-25 Just bought a bag of coffee beans from the Kroger Starbucks, needed them ground so I could make cold brew. The girl working there told me that the machine had just been turned off that I would have to come back the next day to get them ground. Absolute bs. Why let me buy beans without asking if I need them ground before buying them. I feel like she could have just turned it back on probably. Not the first incident at this location. Will not be going back. But the location by great american cookies took care of me. Thank you guys. Smh

Stood at the cash register for 5 minutes and not 1 but 5 employees working never acknowledged I was even standing there. Not good customer service. I walked out after no service.

I come here often this place used to be very friendly people. they recent have hired an employee named Tina she is very rude!!
Will completely ignore you for a while before she takes your order. I try to avoid ordering from her now

I purchased 4 Starbucks cups at Kroger using 1600 Stars to redeem them. However, I noticed the cups had some scratches, so I returned them. The store took all my cups but only refunded me the difference of the money I had paid, without crediting the Stars back to my account. They also told me to contact Starbucks customer service. The manager and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

WORST customer service I have experienced, not only once or twice, but several times, not to mention that I spent around $40 a week at this establishment. Today my daughter went to get coffee and sit to charge her phone since we do not have power at home due to Beryl and was not allowed…ALL the people that work there do not have basic customer service skills, neither empathy. The only reason we continued getting our coffee here was because it was convenient since we walk the weekends and stop here for coffee, plus I am a Starbucks lover, but after today I rather walk 2 more miles to get my coffee somewhere else.

One of the baristas, Tina, is one of the most rudest people I have met. It’s shocking how there are multiple bad reviews over her and no one has done anything. This is ridiculous keeping her around. She’s also extremely slow and barely does her work. Someone needs to put her in place.

Wow the African American woman with her hair in a bun is truly a miserable person. I'm guessing her name is Tina from all other reviews here. She was unnecessarily rude and didn't so much as acknowledge me after I said good morning. I stood awkwardly at the monitor for several minutes before she walked over, clearly bothered by my presence. She snapped at me because she didn't like that I started to order before she requested my order. She proceeded to let me know how much she hates that. Not the first time me or my family were mistreated here but will be the last. Never visiting this location again.

Tina with the horrible looking dreadlocks has horrible customer service and a nasty attitude!! All I asked was for my drink to be shaken cause the expresso was sitting at the bottom of my drink and she snapped saying “this is what the drink is called, that’s how it comes” i said ok well i always ask to get it shaken and it’s normally no problem and she snatched my drink placing her hands all over the mouthpiece and aggressively mixed my drink. She was even snappy at the beginning of my transaction no hello, good morning nothing!! She needs to find a job where she doesn’t deal with people. I won’t be back to this location at this hour.
