This is not a remote work friendly establishment. I wfh on fridays and came into this location at 6am. They were blaring loud pop music. Not sure if this is a new starbucks policy or location specific. Either way, I will be looking for a new coffee spot.

I waited for abkut 10 mins before going in and getting my order. When I stepped in to get my mobile order, it wasnt ready, so I just waited. Three other people who just walked in all got their order before me. They didnt even start my order. Then, the food was done. So I waited for my drink. One employee picked up a drink and just stared and then asked her coworkers. The whole time I'm thinking, is CD a hard name to read? After about 3 minutes, she finally said the name. I will never go back to this store. The service is terrible.

Not very nice customer service, I had my gps on and I guess it didn’t pin right because I googled my closest Starbucks location and it said they closed at 9:30. So I thought I was at the right Starbucks, it would have been nice if they had told me as soon as I pulled up. I would have left. They were so rude specially that girl that shook her head and made an ugly face at me and said we’re closed. Like ok thanks anyways.SMH

As I’m paying for the latte, the cashier says next time get any size latte you want. I asked him, “why didn’t you say that before I redeemed my stars”. He said, “well at least you got a free drink”. Then I said, “But I told you I was redeeming stars at the drive through speaker before I even pulled up to the window and before I handed you my phone to scan and pay so why tell me that one second after you redeem the stars.” This confusion was an attempt to ruin my day but it’s all good. I hope he never does that again. And I wish I had of known because I had to spend almost $100 just to get one free latte and on top of that it was a small and I could have gotten a large. I don’t know why he thought disclosing this information after the purchase was doing me a favor.

In the last 2 weeks, I've had 4 wrong orders. It doesn't matter if it's ordered there ordered ahead using the app or delivery through a 3rd party. I get making mistakes, but this is ridiculous. Get people who can read and follow instructions more consistently.
