In the last 2 weeks, I've had 4 wrong orders. It doesn't matter if it's ordered there ordered ahead using the app or delivery through a 3rd party. I get making mistakes, but this is ridiculous. Get people who can read and follow instructions more consistently.

Waiting 40 minutes for a coffee. And the employees behave rudely. I don't think it's right. It's a very bad experience. I won't buy from there again.

For starters we came at 8:20pm they did not have anything we asked about they didn’t have cheese danish, they didn’t have ham and Swiss, and they didn’t have any birthday cake pops I get it it’s almost the end of the day and they are probably ran out of some of the things but when we asked for a puppachino they came to the window and said they ran out of whipped cream. Get better staff or have them learn customer service skills.

Hello,If I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. I have frequented this Starbucks for 5 years, and have recently started driving further to another Starbucks because their service is HORRIBLE. I started going to a different Starbucks because everyone I go there there are new people working who always get the drinks WRONG. Today I visit because i didn’t want to drive to the other Starbucks (i really should’ve taken the drive), and my drink is made incorrectly. No problem. I park and take the drink back in to have it remade, and the employee refuses to remake the drink because she says it’s made correctly. Her manager tries to show her the paper with the specifications of how it should be made and she still refused to remake the drink. I told her ma’am I’ve been drinking this drink for 5 years (it’s the ONLY thing I drink at Starbucks) and it not made correctly. She then proceeds to tell me the only thing she do is pour the same drink into another cup and blend it more. I told her no because this drink isn’t supposed to be that thick. Finally, because no one (including her MANAGER) could get her to remake the drink I said it was fine just refund me my money. This was RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This particular Starbucks need to do better, and train their workers BETTER.
