This location was great but now they’re slow and when you do get your drink it isn’t even made right. Last two visits put in a mobile order with plenty of time and had to wait before leaving with no drink so I could make it to work on time. It used to not be like this.

Stopped by for a cafe latte breve before I drove the truck back toward AR. Had trouble finding the shop but once found, all was good. The three guys working were enjoying their company. First guy, pulling the till of a register, not the best nor the worst at customer service/interaction. Second guy (sorry I didn't get your names) saved the day. He managed to take my order, answer questions and have a genuine smile. Store wasn't busy inside, drive thru not slammed and seemed very new.

This is one of my regular spots and yall are always a pleasure, but today I had to leave this review because of the specific employee who took and gave my order today. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name but she has blueish colored hair and a tattoo on her right forearm. Her customer service is incredible and her disposition is such a delight, she made my day. Thank yall for all yalls hard work!

Came here at 8;15pm on a Friday night , went through drive - thru the man states they were close . They close at 8pm, NOT TRUE the website clearly says 8:30pm on fridays as well

I was there today in the morning and the drive through customer service was not good at all, he didn’t say anything and looked at me like I was asking for free food and not to mention the line was very long and slow! Not recommended!

This Starbucks has gone way downhill, the drive thru customer service is horrible. They don’t say hi, when you go up to the window he just looked at me and didn’t say anything just had the pay thing ready lol gave me a matcha didn’t even put the sugar free syrup they charged me for and it tasted so bad wasn’t even fully mixed tasted like powder . Thank you starbucks you have inspired me to buy my own matcha, they have lost my business for good .

My mom was informed today that if she gets her venti green tea she either has to get the second tea bag in the cup or lose it even though she paid for it. Sounds kinda crappy to me. Especially for someone who comes to your establishment every day.

Edit I spoke to Starbucks customer service and they say no such policy exists. Stop screwing people over. She paid for the tea bag. Give it to her.
