I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted but watched every 👩🏼 person get greeted before they stepped inside the entrance doors good. The drive-thru was at a stand still for 15 minutes, so I went inside. Asked for my order with a cookie and a brownie…With his back turned to me, told me they were out of both. Ok no problem, and then waited 22 minutes for 1 drink. Horrible.
Update: I had to cancel my order. Asked for the refund and receipt and the manager is now mad and acting confused and hands me half of a receipt with an attitude.

This is THE Starbucks to visit!!! This Starbucks team is doing a GREAT job of showcasing what Starbucks Third Place is all about! I've been visiting this location off and on for a couple of weeks now and they are Always Friendly Always Kind and Always ready to serve up a delicious treat while you chill in the café and get whatever work you need to do done. Even on Red Cup Day, the busiest day of the year for Starbucks this crew was Friendly and working together as a team to provide Amazing services as customer are rushing in and out and the drive thru line never stops this Starbucks team is ON IT!!!! Special Shout Out to the Starbucks Partner Who helped me this Morning, Iris!!! You were Amazing and Patient as I placed my large order with only half a brain as I had yet to be properly caffeinated! I appreciate you for your hard work in making customers feel welcome and loved. Also Shout Out to Manager Rashaun for his attention to detail with customers, orders, and building such a wonderful environment!!

Went to this location this morning (8/30) and a few days ago. Each time that I have been, ANGEL HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A ROCK STAR. I won’t lie I usually don’t remember, people’s name to well, specially not after the first or second time of meeting them. So thank you!!! Also my sister loved the drink you made for her today!
Def a good spot.. Clean and nice people.. However I've ordered for here mugs a couple times and they manage to never get it right.. Overall a great place and the coffee usually is good.

I’ve been to this Starbucks like 4 times in the past month and every single time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Like completely wrong. It’s a gamble every time I go so I always think twice before going to this location. I went today and they not only got one item wrong but two. People working here are a mix of nice and apathetic it seems. Just depends who you get. Maybe they’re training new staff? Who knows, but ya’ll need to get it together.

This location was great but now they’re slow and when you do get your drink it isn’t even made right. Last two visits put in a mobile order with plenty of time and had to wait before leaving with no drink so I could make it to work on time. It used to not be like this.
