This place doesn't care about customer connections or even trying to make a drink correctly. They handed me a drink with a hair in it, remade it for me, and got it wrong again. They were trying to avoid looking at me the entire time. So awkward.

I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! Will definitely be back!

I went in to buy a product that they don't sell in this store and with my Starbucks glass I asked for water and they denied it, according to me I have to buy something so they can give me water. I wasn't even going to use one of their glasses. I bring my own and Starbucks's, by the way, and they flatly denied it to me. It seems completely ridiculous to me and excuse my frankness. There are two other Starbucks near this one. I recommend them a thousand times.

Went by this location to order a venti pineapple refresher & a water, at the time of receiving my drinks they are both the wrong size & the pineapple was a dragon fruit refresher so my order was completely wrong. I get asked to pull forward to wait for my refresher & I made sure to confirm I’d be getting the size i originally ordered which was a venti & I got told yes. They bring out my refresher still in a size tall & I ask for it to be made venti, she takes it back & not even a minute later brings back a venti cup with supposedly a pineapple refresher but this looks like pure juice with no actual pineapple pieces like it should have & barely any ice. It’s upsetting because how do the employees have the audacity to request tip but can’t even provide the correct order to the customer. Do better!
