Too much ice for my small ice chai latte 4 sips and I finished it. I recomend you to ask it without ice

4 days i went here ordered a medicine ball and a banana nut bread warmed. The medicine ball seem like it had been sitting it was not hot neither the banana nut bread. I was told to come back and give my name for a remake and once again what I asked for was not done. You all need to take your time instead of rushing.

My goddess how slow this branch is. A drive through from hell. I’m sure it’s corporate mistake hire more people or close the drive through.

The food was pretty good, but one thing I have to complain is that I asked for ice and my drink was so small. I was devastated, but the service was great. There was an employee that was so nice to us and she told us about relatable story and the atmosphere is nice and chilling. It gives you good vibes and it’s just super calm.

I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady and reminds me of my grandma! Yes the drive thru is long everyday but she is so sweet and patient with a huge smile! I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!

Today I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and charismatic. I ordered a Venti Java Chip and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, both of which were delicious and met my expectations for a premium Starbucks experience. Compared to other Starbucks locations I've been to, this one stood out for its high-quality taste and generous amount of toppings, such as chocolate and caramel. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

Took about a good 10 minutes for somebody to actually take my order it was a very slow day or I should say at least time and I was the only one standing there that two of the employees looked back at me a couple times it wasn't until I said can I get some help that somebody recognized me and came over to help me after that service was fine

This location lacks understanding of business factors. Chick Fil A has set the bar for them to at least get a covered kiosk, cannot figured out why they have not fixed this lack of business initiative. Also, the place do not answer phone calls, just to make you drive and a lt the end they do not usually have what they promote.
Definitely, not recommending this place, just wish upper management would address the issue of kiosks since every single vehicle ordering during rain time I am positive faced the same situation of getting the inside of their vehicle wet.
