I placed a mobile order and was waiting for like 30 mins for order, I was wondering why it took so long and when I look it’s almost complete, but they were working on other orders before completing mine and they forgot to put a stopper when they gave it to me and spilled in the car. Worst Starbucks ever.

I mobiled ordered. I felt as though enough time had passed for my drink to be ready. I went to the pickup area. My drink wasn't ready. I had to leave. I tried to get the barista's attention to ask her not to make it. I was immediately told that my order would be taken at the register. I then stated that I had a mobile order. She said okay and kept moving. I then stated that I couldn't wait any longer and asked if I could come back for it. She asked my name. However, I felt very little confidence in her actually remembering it. She didn't even look at a sticker to confirm my name or the drink I ordered. Needless to say, but I'll say it just in case, I am not happy with my experience at the Beltway 8/Wilson store.

Every time I come I go inside, and then a semi truck dropping off items blocks me in the parking lot from pulling out. Seems to happen between 12 - 1:00. Customers beware of stopping here during this time unless you want to have an extended lunch/coffee break.

The people who works at this moment while writing this review were rude, no hi hello when you walked in, and waiting on the counter to be service no one was waiting behind me they just keep passing by me without saying please I will be with you in a moment, but one white guy walked in got service right away, how racist ignorant these people were, specifically the person skinny one wearing hat.

Super impressed with the barista Megan this morning. She was on point and doing her thing when making drinks, multi tasking and getting things done. As busy as she was at making drinks she made my drink as ordered (can’t say this about a previous Starbucks a I went to an hour prior) as to why I stopped at this location. Also adding that today is Christmas and they were extremely busy.
