Its no wonder Starbucks is losing its luster. While prices go up, service goes down. I seldom go to Starbucks anymore, however, when I do its a treat for me and my dog after a vet visit. I always order a pastry and a trenta coffee as well as a pup cup. Well, the pup cups get smaller and smaller. A couple of weeks ago it was only 3/4 cup full and today only half full. Will take my business to Burger King where they will gladly fill up the pup cup

i would give this store 0 star if i can. i was order online to pick up some mugs on friday night 12/20/2024. i and my 4 months was driving 45 mins at 8:00pm to come pick up my order and you know what they out of stock my entire of order but they didn't call or notice me when i ordered. then i asked for my refund since my order was incomplete and the guys refused to refund for me they said it's online order i have to call starbucks CS which was make wait for another an hour to talk to ppl. fine i did all of those stuffs and today i still didn't receipt my refund. what a horrible service. plus, they are charging me $1.88 for nothing. BAD SERVICE update: still haven't receipt my refund. 12/26/24. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, of course there’s gonna be maybe one straw wrapper on the floor time to time, that’s customers being ignorant, and the employees are busy during the day making drinks and keeping their areas clean whatnot, but I love this location! Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!

This location is extremely disorganized and chaotic every time I go here. Which honestly is not that often. Today is my last, I ordered on the app to pick up. I go inside and wait for 15 minutes trying to patient I realize that they had my order waiting behind the counter without calling my name or anything. I had to ask whose name is on those drinks, I couldn’t see them because they were behind the pastry display for some reason, not on the normal counter. He told me they were for Summer. I ask him, how long have they been sitting there. He says 10 minutes. I asked, “Do yall not call out names anymore?” I had noticed the whole time I was waiting any names was called only once. I got my coffees and they were luke warm. How do you have a shop full of people and not call out the order? This is why I never go here. Javaman for the win and they will continue to get my business. The floors were gross and the location in general is not clean.
