I love Starbucks but this location is a disappointment. The worker very rude, she looked mad zero customer service. I don't know how they here people like that. Almost everything was frozen I was there on 10/6 around 1:00pm.

We love our ladies and our Starbucks inside Krogers at West Lake Houston Parkway. They are our morning routine. They know my order when we come in. Always friendly always smiling. Have never waited for our order. Always leave in a timely fashion and with a smile. Informational on drinks and super helpful. 10 stars! We have gone other stores before but this is our home.Dietary restrictions: I can only have 300 milligrams of caffeine per day and I use it here at Starbucks. Cindy helped me find the right drink order for me with my daily limit in mind so that I can breastfeed my son safely and still get my coffee kick. Love love this store and these ladies.

Back in 2016, SB was getting sued for not filling the cups. Here we are again not filling cups up. We pay ALOT of money for these drinks. FILL THEM UP. Even if no whip, fill it. I pay extra for a different milk too. STOP shorting me.

Either the google maps hours are wrong or the employees close early whenever they feel like it. I arrived at 650pm today and thought they were open until 9pm as the website states and I was told they were closing up. Frustrating

I come here almost every day, this location makes me feel like I’m part of their family. I enjoy chatting with all the employees here but definitely have my two girls that treat me like a princess.
