There is a lack of care in how the subs are made, I'm used to other subway locations where the subs actually had meat on them, ordered my usual all American club. It seems the staff actively tries to put as little ingredients as possible on ur sub. The staff could use a confidence boost maybe? They seemed really quiet and hard to understand not relating to accent.

Only going to Jersey Mikes from here on out. This subway is absolutely terrible. Food sucks & customer service is terrible. They don't even ask what you want they just sit there and look at you until you speak. no one knows English. all the Meat looks terrible and the vegetables were all brown and dry. Not surprising Subway is closing stores and losing money. I say Good Riddance! Ill take my money to Jersey Mikes!!

About half the time this location either makes the sandwich wrong or is out of white bread or turkey. This last visit was the final straw. They made my son’s sandwich on the wrong bread which we didn’t notice until we got home. We drove back to the store and told them it was the wrong bread. The worker proceeded to remove all the sandwich toppings and reuse them to remake the sandwich. Then the worker put the used bread (the bread we had already taken home and brought back) with the store’s bread supply. It is disgusting to think that this store could be reusing bread that has been taken home by other customers and brought back. The bread should’ve gone in the trash. I contacted the store manager and her response was only to state that this shouldn’t have happened. No follow-up was received from management indicating that the issue was addressed or corrected. And the workers at the store certainly didn’t seem to care that the original sandwich was made incorrectly.
